EASYSHED INSTALLATION

Definitely NOT Easy!Andrea Customer Experience Representative didn't want to publish my review as they believe it was too negative. Seems like they filter their reviews to give it a 5 star perceptionThis is the feedback I gave:Delivery took 2 weeksDoor braces were too shortInstructions not the clearestPart numbers showing on the outside of the shedHad over 200 holes to pilot drill first then to 200If you are thinking this is easy to assemble you have been warned.

All of the bits that were needed to put the shed together were missing. Screws. Connectors etc. When I called up. The guy was incredibly rude. Didn't apologise and went off at me cause I hadn't opened the package in under 5 days to check if all pieces were there. Apparently this is in their 'terms and conditions ' the customer has to open the box and check all pieces there within 5 days. Since when is it the customers responsibility to check if all the parts have been sent. Surely this is the sellers responsibility? In my case. I cudnt put the shed up as soon as it arrived as we had 2 weeks of rain. As if I'm going to open it before installation. I paid a guy to unpack it all and start to install it. When we realised parts all missing. Easy shed refused to compensate me. Instead offered me a complimentary metal hook for my shed. An absolute joke. There is no sign on the package telling you that you need to unpack within 5 days. Or a text or anything. Couple of my shed panels are scratched. Still haven't put it up as been waiting for the pieces to arrive from easyshed.. steer clear of these guys !
