Helpful staff. I had to get a document signing witnessed and then scanned and emailed to another solicitor. Made an appointment and was all done within 15 minutes . When it came to the bill ; they said no need to pay. So I am very happy but I would have been happy to have paid $50 for what they had done for me. Any future paperwork , I will go see them , even if they charge me !Thank you for being so helpful !!

I called up today, we wanted our documents witnessed by a JP or Cdec. We have been here so many times before and had it done with Melissa. Didn't take more than 5 or 10 mins. Melissa has always been amazing and so helpful. For some reason today, I was given the absolute run around by Vanessa. Who I felt was really unhelpful. She was saying we had to book an appointment with Melissa who was booked out till June to go through our documents & it would cost $500+. I wasn't wanting a solicitor, I was requesting a JP or Cdec to witness my signature, I had no idea what she was suggesting. She kept saying Melissa was so busy. Ok, thats fair enough but who pays $500 to have a JP or Cdec witness a signature. Left a very bad taste in my mouth, when we had already done this exact same process last year so I know it's a free/quick service. Even the lady on reception has done it for me before. It also came to light that Vanessa was also a Cdec but clearly didn't want to help. We are due to renew our will and I'm not sure I would go back there now after today. We have been clients for years, since they were in Logan Village but today I wasn't impressed at all!

I’m trying find the right words to say but all that keeps coming to my mind is ‘bloody brilliant’.These woman are so amazing at what they do! Always making sure they put their clients interests first. I always love how down you earth they are, always making tough legal dealings easy and manageable. The one thing above all else that I’ve experienced with them ALL three times I’ve used their service, was the fact they are so busy with all sorts of clients, yet always communicated to me what the next move is, and how they’ll contact me and most likely when.
