I ordered a coffee a few months ago. I went to Woolworths to grab something, I came back and my coffee was waiting on the side. I grabbed my coffee and waved at the girl and said thank you. She yelled out rudely “is that yours” like I was stealing the coffee. (Was only small coffee and customer there at that time). I felt extremely humiliated. Won’t be back again.

I came here on 3 separate occasions to organize an order, and on all occasions i felt like a nuisance to one particular staff member from the onset. They didn't look like they particularly liked working there. So I can't say i will be ordering from here again much less taking my clients here anymore, the vibe just isn't very welcoming unfortunately.

The sausage rolls we bought were dried out and stale, the meat was shrinking away from the pastry. I hope nobody gets food poisoning from the stale food.

I was disappointed with their Mille feuille ( custard slice) as it was seriously lacking due to the custard. The flavour just wasn’t there and it was missing depth. Their cannoli also use the same custard but on a much smaller scale. It was passable but not something I’d buy again.

Worst and rudest service ordered my coffees and stood there waiting they served 6 other people (who are their regulars) served and sent every one else on their way leaving my coffees till last when I was the one who ordered before everyone elseThen when I mentioned that was not good service got the rudest response by both the ladies behind the counter one who actually laughed when I mentioned the bad serviceDefinitely don’t recommend

First visit to Southland centre and stopped for an afternoon coffee and dolce. Smiling friendly staff. Connie was lovely and certainly passionate about the products! Definitely coming back ⭐️

You guys did really good in Glenmore park , for some reason your new store doesn’t really have that touch in taste as it used to be . Coffees were bitter and warm , sausage rolls were dry . Hope the owners are the same
