The lovely guy came within 5 minutes of a phone call. He managed to sort out the window locks which must have been shut for 20 years. He was patient and quick and tested every window in the house. Good value!

Feel like I have been taken advantage of . Had them out to replace / rekey a lock some months ago . Had some problems with opening the door . Rang to ask them to come out and look at it as I couldn't open the door properly. No advice on phone that I would be charged . I thought it would be to rectify original work .NoCharged another $99 for call out . Daylight robbery . No customer satisfaction at all .Feeling angry

Absolutely LOUSY Service.Had an appointment booked for 4:00pm and at 4:35pm I called only to be told that noone was going to get here today and when I asked Why?, i was told that their was no answer & tjen hung up on!Disgusting Customer Service and would NEVER recommend this Company!
