Kingston International College

I enrolled in the childcare diploma as my agent assured me that it was a 2 day/week course, only to find out that it was actually 3 days/week. This was the main reason why I chose this college over other options that would have been more convenient and cost half the price. When I approached the college with this issue, I was met with no solution and the person at reception was rude and dismissive.The college was not kept clean. The toilets were filthy and I believe they were only cleaned once a week. The classrooms were dusty with no cleaning and the same dirt spots remained throughout the 8 months of my course. The windows had thick layers of dirt with dead bugs in it, and one of the window had shuttered glass without any warning signs or tape.The college fired the teacher mid-course and even brought back old students to redo their assessments as the college made an error in assessing them. They also did not provide a handbook for us to go to work placement and expected us to do all the work ourselves.Overall, my experience with this college was expensive, time-wasting and extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise avoiding this college and look for more suitable options.

I am currently a commercial cookery student of Kingston International college, and I highly recommend the school. The trainers have so much information and experience they’re willing to share, I feel exceptionally supported by them and they are providing me with every slice of knowledge I’ll need to success in a hospitality career. Teachers are excellent and really drill into you what is expected in the workforce. They’re supportive and really make you enjoy the whole experience of going back and learning. A special mention to Chefs Damien and Adam. Awesome!!!

I've learned Commercial Cookery III, IV and Diploma at this college. All the time teachers and student service staffs were friendly and always supportive. Whenever I need school related documentations, they promptly response and prepared for me. I'm happy that I chose this college and learned. Only thing I was sad was that they didn't have Advanced Diploma course.

First at all, people here don't speak proper English, except few teacher! They just hunt money, despite your previous qualification they enrol you at the lower level possible, who cares if you are already in possess of y12. My IELTS test preparation course was cancelled without notice and i had to pretend a special program during a general English course (no option available, no refund! just extra 4 weeks in an unwanted course). This school is a mess, from the marketing to the administration office, they have no idea what they are doing, completely unprepared. This school is just for people looking for a visa. Terrible experience. A total waste of money for me.

I am more than pleased to have joined Kingston International College. It strive to build a family-like environment where everyone is welcome. During such uncertain times with the Covid-19, Kingston has put all their effort to deliver the same quality of service to us students who were in isolation. And i need to say that the online course was really professional! Our educator, Kim, has left nothing unturned. She was always available to all her students and provided her help when asked for. Moreover, with the resume of face to face courses, I was more than reassured when I saw all the disposition Kingston has put on for the safety of it's students. Hats off Kingston. Proud student.

Currently, I am studying the Diploma of Marketing and I have already enrolled to Advanced Diploma of Business. I really appreciate that Kingston College has a very practical approach when comes to delivering the knowledge. There is almost no theory that might be considered quite boring. On weekly basis, students are asked to prepare different tasks, such as creating marketing strategy or product implementation plan. I am learning a lot and definitely will use acquired knowledge in the future. College also offers Internship opportunities so we can not only study but at the same time work in the marketing environment.

I’ve applied student visa with COE which Kingston gave me. But school mistook the ending date on COE. I had to study extra 3 more month until bridging visa for my partner visa.However, school didn’t help me anything they just told me to ask immigration and the agent, and offered to take another course.I said “I don’t want to take full course just few months until my bridging visa. Because I wouldn’t need to study, if school didn’t mistake.” But they didn’t listen to me. I had to pay few more thousand for another course. They just work for money even their mistake.The worst service and after care I’ve ever had.

I personally like the multi-culture environment and the study style in this school, highly recommend as private institution in WA, a good institution good with the diploma and Certificates study.
