I first walked into the Caves Beach Gym over 13 years ago and still with old and new staff and members this gym is part of my extended clan - instructors are well trained and welcoming to all who attend - their motto is more than a gym and they work hard at showing this one is just not a number but a member - like I do now many members travel past other gyms to attend here as they and we as members care for not only physical health but also the mental health that one gets from being needed and cared for it takes a village to raise a child and also to have a successful gym - keep up the good work

CBG made me feel welcome from my very first visit. The staff and other members make this such a fun place to train, especially the dancefit class. Love the flexibility of 24 hour access and being able to put the kids in the creche, they love it as much I do.

Absolutely a fantastic gym. Jenny the owner is lovely and extremely helpful. Equipment was all in working order and plenty of machines. The 24 hour access was great.

This gym lives up to it’s motto of ‘More than a gym’ in a million ways. With the welcoming reception staff, the range of classes with expert instructors, the clean and well equipped gym and the caring, family atmosphere you could not find a better place to get fit. Don’t hesitate to join.
