I find this property management system as excellent.The reporting for owners has many options and is thorough and extensive for my owners.The system is user friendly and set our logically so i can be anywhere in the world and do my month end reporting.An excellent system i would highly recommend.

Complicated to use: don't understand why need to back a date for owners payment. There's not much space for putting notes on owners payment to remind for the next run. Not easy to follow tenant's payment transactions on lease page, rather open another separate page for tenant activity. Not flexible to change default auto email sender and CC addresses for arrears reminders ....

Cirrus8 is a complete-package property management and accounting software from automated AP invoicing, payments, tenant invoicing to reporting. It’s easy to navigate, so you will never get lost! Cirrus8 has also partnered with some local banks, which links the receipting and payments directly to the bank. Awesome feature!

Civium Commercial has been using TRACC/Cirrus8 now for over 6 years and have been extremely satisfied with the system and support staff. Being web based means staff can access the information anytime, anywhere. The easy to use system saves time and anables the user to bring up a range of reports and and historical data in next to no time. Cirrus continually develop and upgrade the system which always keeps us ahead of the requests of clients.I would highly recommend Cirrus8 to any commercial property manager.

Since implementing Cirrus 8 in April 2016 we have found the system to be extremely flexible and easy to use.The support whilst implementing the system was excellent.The ability to adapt owner, management and financial reports is a great benefit in the system meeting our internal and client requirements.
