We have been so thrilled with Hampton Primary. Our daughter has thrived since she started there. The teachers are excellent - always going above and beyond and the office staff are wonderful too. We have really enjoyed becoming part of the parent community and found the school to be very welcoming and inclusive. We look forward to sending our son there in a couple of years!

I went to this school for my whole primary school life and I am now in grade 7. I hated it, I am so glad I got away from it. I got bullied from the students and their parents I also got bullied from the teachers, but I quickly learnt how to react to that and became a bully myself, but only to those who were mean or rude to me, and I still am very protective to this day. One thing that really annoyed me though was whenever I got in a fight (argument or fist fight) with someone I was always the one to get the blame, even if I was not the one to start it. I was told I couldn't run by one of the P.E teachers (and I don't mean told I wasn't aloud to run in a race, but told I had bad running technique) and my current P.E teacher says I can, to this day I am still slightly confused on why he would say something like that. I had just a few friends there, but they were bullied too, and one of them still goes there. I wasn't even aloud to attend the graduation party because I brought Pepsi to school (they were trying to find any possible way of not letting me not attend, and I had already brought soft drink to school and they never told me off). I am now much happier at the school I go to at the moment, but I will always have an raging hatred in the pit of my stomach for this school. Kids get bullied there and they don't do anything to fix it, and I doubt they will.If any of the teachers that taught me or the principal sees this review, then I suggest you take it into account.I think you should actually pay attention to what's going on around you, and stop bullying kids, because you're worse then the bullies.P.S all these nice comments might be fake because I know for a fact some that are.And if I could give 0 stars I would.

i went to this school and i thought it was the best school ever except for when i got bullied the teachers wouldn't not care at all and it felt like the teachers wanted to get through the work really fast. - Sakura Goode

Hampton was an okay School. The teachers were nice and the student were alright. I personally got bullied at this school quite a bit, and the teachers didn’t care at all. The bullying got so bad I didn’t want to go to school. After countless meetings with my mum and the principal and vice, nothing changed. It was horrible. Also, I learnt nothing here. I am in year 8 and last year I felt as if I had so much to catch up on-even the simplest things like division or grammar Hampton didn’t teach me. This made is really hard at High school. Also, the bathrooms and canteen kitchens are filthy- the bathrooms have wet toilet paper stuck to the walls, urine on the floor and poo on the walls. There are also very very inappropriate things on the doors not for eyes as young as 5. In the canteen kitchen there is no order and sometimes you will find grime on the floors. This school was very great to have lots of fun and games, but not for learning.

Teaching and learning is average, yr 5 my child learnt nothing! Teacher incompetent in teaching! Bullying going on , reported to principal- no punishment after the child vandalised art work ( a sculpture) he was even allowed to go to the yr6 water park as a reward!! No discipline! Poor communication! In younger years my child was never pushed and was on level 3 book from Feb -June! Then suddenly jumped to level 9! No continuous assessment, no positive incentive! Teachers seemed stressed and the principal had no idea who my kids were! Disappointing to say the least! Left after a year- a wasted year!

My experience... Oof. I can’t describe the sheer pain I was going through, every second of my time. The canteen went ‘healthy’ for a reason and still had sugary foods like the fruit tubes.1.2.3.4.U good bro?

They subject the children and surrounding residents to loudspeaker adult music before the bell, like a night club. I heard this was a new wokeism" inspired by the music teacher and blindly defended by staff. I have made sufficient complaints each time with a different overly-intellectualized reasoning given to me. This is not for the kids

this school is pretty good although it has some major problems. For example the teachers are so rude, some teachers would have obvious favourites, some teachers are extremely rude and hard on all the students. And the learning program is shocking. For example I went to Hampton then moved to Firbank and did Chinese and I know nothing. tbh it’s atrocious..
