Great lighting store with lots of variety. The staff were very nice and helpful. I bought a nice lamp from here and would definitely come back if I needed more lighting. I love some of the pendant lights they have on display. They definitely have good quality items. It looked like they had lots of ceiling fans too.

Ordered products that apparently were in stock. 10 days later, with 3 follow up phone calls all I received was an empty promise of assured delivery which didn’t eventuate. On the last phone call they claimed to have sent an email, however I never received it so I can only assume it was just another throw away comment about the order just to fob me off. I won’t be spending any money with with Lighting Illusions again. Pleased to receive a refund.

I had a bad experience with this store because I used ZIP to buy 2 fans and I had to return one fan. One fan could not be installed at my place, so I had to return it and get a refund through ZIP. All the staff here are lovely, but they lack training in using ZIP, but they offer it in store. It was a huge mess because they refunded the money back onto my Visa Card, and not theough the app.

A wide range of Product.Staff were excellent even putting up with us testing different bulbs to check the effect.Parking right in front is good but sometimes can be a little busy.The end result is that our requirements were satisfied for our house extension
