Purchased an Apple IPhone 11 and extremely happy. Arrived fast, great communication, exactly as described and great price!!

Bought second phone here as we had a good experience with the first - turns out their version of A grade means the phone has a non genuine screen and dodgy camera and they refuse to replace with an actual A Grade phone. Store is full of unhelpful staff who totally frustrate you. So we’ve basically lost over $700 on a dodgy C grade phone. Avoid at all costs!

If I could do minus 10 stars for the rating, I would. It was an awful experience from start to end. I purchased a “refurbished” MacBook and it came with a faulty screen and battery, and a Japanese keyboard. I went to get it “repaired” again, and after not hearing from them for 2 weeks I had to call them to follow up. They sent the laptop back to me but it had not been fixed at all and they forgot to post the charger. I called them AGAIN, they said they would offer me a new computer for no extra cost, which they then took back and instead asked me to buy a whole new computer. I refused at this point and requested a refund which for some reason they could process immediately. It was terrible customer experience all around and a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend ever going to this shop they are incompetent.

Completely unprofessional rude staff. Fixed the screen like I asked but managed to break my microphone and refuse to repair. Overpriced compared to the competitors and only went here because I expected better service. Disappointing

Order was delivered timely and phone was received in excellent condition physically and in perfect working order. I have purchased two phones from here - one in 2020 and the other in 2023. Both phones have contained non-apple batteries. The fake batteries they are putting in these phones must be cheap because after a couple of months the battery is completely drained. Both phones do not last more than an hour of continual use. Explains the heavily discounted price, but does not compensate for the poor quality.

I bought 2 x huawei p30 pros recently, and so far I'm happy with the phones. My issue is with the free extras, as in I didn't recieve the free extras that were advertised. One phone was meant to come with a wireless charging dock which wasn't sent, and the other was meant to come with a pair of type c cable and charger, and I got two phone chargers instead. When I contacted support, the reply I got was weird. I was connected with someone called 'Simon', and after he asked me if I had a picture showing the items offered, which i of course didnt have, i mentioned that i got 2 chargers with the other phone instead of the type c cable and charger, and was that in leiu of the wireless charger? The response was 'yes thats correct'. Thats it. So i guess they decided to send two chargers instead of the wireless charger and type c cable and charger advertised, and couldn't be bothered telling me...? So weird.Not sure I'd buy from this company again based off this experience. I don't even care about the free extras, it's the false advertising for me and the 'couldn't care less' attitude.EDIT: Thank you for reaching out phonebot, I feel much better about this transaction after your response. I'm not too worried about getting the wireless charger, so don't worry about sending it. I just wanted to know if I had made a mistake thinking it was included. In my mind I was certain it was included, but when it came without it I doubted myself. Anyway, I appreciate the time you took to respond. Thanks.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Phonebot. I have previous purchased a phone, which is going strong. Then I purchased an Ipad (online) which I changed my mind on and they were more than happy to refund. Then I purchased another Ipad instore and their patience and help was amazing. Great store, great products, great price A+++

Fantastic service. I messaged Phonebot and was given so much advice, very patiently and a recommendation that has turned out to be an awesome phone. The price was slightly more than another one I was quoted for but they gave me a phone cover and cable with plug and there was an EOFY deal so worked out fabulously and honestly it was worth the extra for the advice. The phone came within two days and it is exactly as stated. I wouldn't hesitate to go to Phonebot again. Awesome customer service. Thanks :)

I hope someone actually reads this.... As they deserve their exceptional rating on both Google and product review. Every single aspect of my transaction exceeded expectations. I was worried about compatibility of my purchased computer - so they sent out extra parts at no cost (and they didn't even tell me they were doing this) - to ensure everything would work perfectly. I've never come across a business like this in my life - blown away to be honest. Will purchase from phonebot for every single future computer we ever need. Could not be happier. As a massive added bonus - their prices were EXTREMELY competitive.
