The decking started peeling badly shortly after it was installed and our builders have spent a year trying to get Innowood to provide answers on how to fix it so it doesn't happen again. Seems like Innowood is just screening calls now. Very disappointing outcome for a product that looked so promising. :-(

We have used Innowood on a few of our projects, mainly cladding and screening. It was easy to install and they feel and look great. Good quality products and worth the extra.

I installed Innowood Cladding on my house last year. Surprisingly it has performed better than i expected. Not a sign of anything might go wrong. I will recommend to others.

Great Product among other similar cheaper brands. We used decking in my pool surround 5 years ago. No complaints so far. Product was delivered pre-finished cut to size. My builder loved it,

Excellent product, after three years under the direct sun in extreme hot weather, it still preforming it’s ability such as not fading a bit after such a long time. Firstly it’s easy to install, after that no maintenance needed, cause during this serval years I found that it didn’t expend or shrink, it seems very stable, also it’s easy to clean just like other timber, plus it’s an environmental friendly green product.we should support and make useful of this kind of product.

If I could leave zero stars I would.The product might look good when you first get it.... but I can promise it won't stay that way.It will shrink, discolour & warp.The other thing I can promise is they will find anyone sense they can to cast the blame to and refuse to warrant anything!!!! Despite their 5-15yr warranties.I know of more than half a dozen others in the same boat as me. Innowood refuse to rectify.Do NOT waste your money. You will only be replacing a few years down the track, at your own cost!This is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with.

WARNING....We have their decking product in our development. It’s impossible to stand on in the heat. It’s also a faulty product. 11 townhouses all have issues & the builder says Innowood won’t accept responsibility for the damage.
