Customer service is always been excellent but I'm a pretty easy to deal with patron who appreciates good customer service so I guess the girls working there appreciate that right back. It's in a shopping centre so it's generally pretty busy since it is pretty good. Overall the coffee is good for a shopping centre. Yes as a Melbourne coffee guy I'm hard to please so I call it good coffee. Food is very nice. Haven't been disappointed.

I ordered my meal without feta as I can't have dairy. However, after eating half of the meal, I noticed that there were tiny bits of feta all over the remainder of my food. It's as if they just tried to pick the feta off a meal instead of just making a fresh meal. Staff were not apologetic.

When we first arrived, we were promptly seated. The table and chairs were thoroughly wiped down and sanitised as well as being carefully placed to adhere to social distancing. Befote our orders were taken, our sign ins were checked which added another layer of accountability for the establishment which we appreciated! I appreciated that the menu was changeable for dietary requirements and that the menu was extensive and had a lot of different options. I started with an almond milk latte was caramel which is one of the best coffees I had while in the Green Hills area! I highly recommend the smashed avo with Mexican sweet corn, which came with a balsamic glaze which heightened the taste of the overall meal! My dining partner ordered the mushrooms with haloumi meal which he noted was full of flavour and light. I highly recommend this place for different breakfast/brunch and lunch options! The servers were bubbly and high spirited which added to the overall light and homely decor of the establishment. Well done to the Green Room!

Weak milky coffee. They forgot my friend's order and my order of extra shot of coffee to make my coffee drinkable. With extra shot was bitter and tasted burnt. May need to offer better blends. Vibe ok but needs more staff. Staff unable to attend to customers effectively. Very busy place.

This is the first time I have reviewed this place even though we have dined there at least 4 times previously.All I can say is always excellent on each occasion. Prices are reasonable and choice of meals is outstanding. No wonder sometimes you just have to wait for a table just for 2. All staff very confident and efficient in their tasks.10/10 even though I can only give 5 stars!!Neil.

Attended for breakfast with my wife, the atmosphere is nice given its in a shopping centre. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was very enjoyable and found the quality to be higher then anticipated.Caramel lattes were up there with some of the best we've had.Have previously missed out on going here due to popularity and no tables at the time so were sure to attend when they opened and were not disappointed in the slightest.Only criticism would be the big breakfast needs an extra hashbrown especially since had the mushrooms removed.Would recommend and will definitely return.

Recommend the hulk great dish. My wife didn't enjoy her meal the avo sour dough with corn. Swimming in balsamic and rock hard toast

Always lovely quality brekkys, the big breakfast is what is pictured, the staff are always lovely and attentive. Quick service, the coffee is great comes with a little tiny teddy, would recommend and come back.
