Matias Tuset Strength Coach & Remedial Massage Therapist

I am a weightlifter and have seen Matias numerous times and he has always been able to make a huge improvement with decreasing pain and increasing mobility. He is also warm and friendly and always up for a chat! I’d highly recommend him! I would also highly recommend for sports injuries and his ability to work around the injury and release tight muscles caused by dysfunction.

Matias has been working on my hips/lower back for a two - three months.I have back pain and severely reduce hip mobility.After sessions with Matias there is considerable regained hip mobility and reduced back pain.He has also provided exercises to assist in maintenance of the mobility, which are simple and effective.I recommended my partner also visit to get assistance for her sore neck and back pain to which he was of great assistance.I highly recommend Matias. He takes a pragmatic approach to the treatment of clients and tailors his sessions to ensure the best results are achieved.Thank you Matias!

Once upon a time a boy moved to Sydney. He was feeling down because he had gained a lot of weight and turned into a potato. But the world had different plans. He was introduced to a gentleman aptly known as gym Jesus. He was guided onto a path that took him from a potato to a prince in the making.In all seriousness the best coach I have had. I played high level basketball and rugby and he was considerate of my injuries post stopping playing and helped me gain my confidence back in the gym when I honestly thought I would never go back. Absolutely amazing human and I would vouch for him. I honestly think i would still be 114 kilos right now and not working my way from 97 to my goal of 90 and beyond without him.10/10 Would recommend.

Great massage therapist with different varieties of techniques to get into those tight spots. Whether that be big or small tightness, he definitely gets the job done. Would recommend!

Matias is an amazing training coach and massage therapist. He has expert knowledge of human anatomy and how to get your body working in peak performance. He has been able to guide me through multiple injuries while still building strength and capability, which has been a total game changer for me. I cannot recommend him enough!

One of the only people I will let work on my body. I’m an Australian athlete and am very picky about my therapy, but not only is this man magic, he is the easiest person to work with. I can message him out of the blue in an emergency and have an appointment in the next few days, even if he had to come in early or stay late.Really appreciate the work he does and highly highly recommend to anyone needing anything from a massage and general body work, to elite athletes for injury prevention or performance.

I have been going to Matias for sports massage for a number of weeks now. Matias is one of the best I have been to i always leave feeling 10x better than when I went in. He is also very knowledgeable on how to recover from and prevent injuries in sports. I train on the bike and I have noticed since going to Matias that I don't have discomfort in my lower back like I used to. Would highly recommend going to Matias.
