One Mimosa Please

One Mimosa Please was a very disappointing service as they took a very long time to respond, action our order and required a lot of follow up.communication. The quality of goods received was below expectation. It took over a week and multiple phone calls to receive a proof of our wedding invitations which contained spelling mistakes. It then took another 4-5 weeks to actually receive them. When I opened the parcel, I could see that the invitations had ink smears, bent corners and shiny print marks on them. The printing quality was very poor and there were blurry lines rather than crisp printed boxes as per our design. The envelopes were also bent. I requested a full refund of $230 which is what I originally paid and was only offered a credit of $69 for printing costs. It then took 2 weeks and multiple follow ups emails and calls, as well as an ACCC complaint, for me to receive my money back ($69). Would not recommend.

I was very impressed by our experience with our save the dates" from onemimosaplease! The design team were very involved and easy to contact during the order process. They didn't send anything to print until we were happy with every detail. The prints arrived in the post earlier than what I expected and were packaged beautifully. I found the price extremely reasonable and will definitely be returning to onemimosaplease for our wedding invitations and table stationary."

I have just received our save the dates from onemimosaplease and we are beyond happy with them!! The customer service was fantastic, as our orders ( along with a few others) had been stolen from their warehouse. Even though this was no fault of their own, they reached out to me and let me know the situation, immediately re-printed them and they were so kind to allow us to put more information on them and double sided at no extra cost.I couldn’t be happier with the quality and style of the save the dates and can’t wait to order the invitations from them.

Thanking the OMP team endlessly!I recently ordered my wedding invitations via OMP. The team were super prompt and very helpful in answering my questions prior to placing my order. More so; having received my design proof only one day after placing my order and giving it the go ahead - I was kicking myself one week later to realise I got the dates backwards! Empathizing with the stress of a bride blundering through her plans; the team offered me a discount to reprint the invitations, without hesitation.Good service is one thing; but you have been truly kind. I originally found OMP on Instagram and had been following their work long before I was ready to design my invitations.Once I was ready, I submitted the online form which was easy to complete, the team responded quickly with exactly what I had asked for.I was able to make some small changes to the proof which Taylor was so supportive of.When the invitations arrived, I was blown away. I knew I liked the design, however - I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER!!! Even my fiancé who was less involved, was so happy with how they came out.We are now going back to the OMP team for a custom designed Menu.Could not recommend more!

It was such a pleasure organising our wedding invites through OMP not only because the designs are modern, sleek and stunning but also because the entire team were incredibly supportive along the way...even when courier issues created a small hurdle. We've received so many compliments on our invites and will be using OMP again whenever we require any beautiful stationery!!

I have used onemimosaplease twice and both times my experience has been amazing! I originally used the company for a save the date for my wedding and as when my wedding had to be postponed due to COVID, the team were more than happy to help me again. Both times I found the communication excellent. The team listened to what I wanted & provided useful suggestions. I was impressed with how quickly my design was processed & mailed to me. Both designs were beautifully printed & I have received many compliments on both! I would highly recommend this company for an occasion!

The amazing staff at OMP have been incredible from start to finish. All I had to do was send through my ‘inspo’ (which was not consistent on my behalf) and they absolutely nailed it. Our save the dates were a hit and we cannot wait to receive our final invitations. They made the process super simple and provide their professional opinion which is incredibly helpful. One Mimosa Please did my wedding invites and personalised wedding coasters for our guests. I was blown away with how incredible everything they created was, from the quality of the stationary to how they were put together and packaged.
