Interacting with the participants everyday, going out on outings, seeing the look on the faces of those you're caring for and seeing big smiles knowing they're having a good time and feel safe to be in your care. I often forget i'm working as you build such great connections with your team and participants and before you know it your shift has ended.Work environment, peers, working for a purpose, feeling valued.
