SILK Laser Clinics - Ipswich

I walked past the clinic during my grocery shopping so I decided to enquire about skin treatments for my ongoing acne and the worker named Amy was very welcoming and knowledgeable and didn't make me feel unwelcome as a man to ask these questions. Would recommend Amy for any man considering treatments and I know when I go to book services I'll see her if able

So last year I got my laser done and everything was perfect nothing to say apart from having a different technician for every treatment for the last 6/7 of them, was a bit awkward meeting new people every appointment to be honest.At the end of the year payed a considerable amount of money for an acne treatment that they promised I would see results from the first treatment on, didn’t see results told them about it and they said that they didn’t say that and can’t promise that.. anyway it obviously wasn’t done properly and no one did anything about it, apparently i was going to receive a call to discuss possible outcomes but never got that call, ended up paying a lot of money and no results so would definitely not recommend for any acne treatments.

Amazing service with great results. Skin consultation and treatment with Amy. She identified the problem areas on my face with product prescription. My skin is now clearer and healthier since using these products.

I have had 2 x laser hair removal sessions at silk laser clinic in Ipswich, both sessions were of a high standard and professionalism.My first session was with a lady named Louise, she was so welcoming, super informative, she talked me through the whole process and gave me loads of info on how laser hair removal works as it was my first time, she gave me great aftercare advice and was very professional throughout the service,My second session was with a lady named Alicia, she was also extremely professional and informative, was very welcoming and friendly, she also gave me great aftercare advice, and rebooked me for a 6 week followup session.Both ladies were very respectful, well presented, well spoken and professional theoughout the entire appointment.I have and will continue to recommend silk laser clinic to friends, family and clients.Thank you for a great experience guys!

Hey all! I went in for lip fillers with the beautiful nurse Tracy to have my lips filled for the very first time! AND WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB SHE DID!! I was so so happy with the service, she explained everything that would be happening throughout the procedure in detail, she asked what I would like to achieve for my end result and made her Magic happen! I walked out feeling amazing! I highly recommend the silk laser clinic Ipswich for any treatment and can’t wait to book again!! 11/10 recommendation for these guys! Such a beautiful clean environment! Lovely staff and very affordable! ❤️❤️❤️

3 months later & still can't get areceipt/invoice from them (system wasn't working & they had promised to email it to me)Now, I go in for my lazer & get told that the treatments I had discussed & pre- paid for are different to what had been put through in the system & if I want anything else I need to pay for it extra!Facility is nice & treatments effective -just make sure to check that you are paying for what was agreed upon or you will be forced to pay extra!

I came here for laser hair removal, lady at the counter was lovely.Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience, the lady that assisted me spoke to me in the most animated customer service voice, it was as if she was in character it honestly made me so uncomfortable. She rushed through it, no effort at all, I left feeling genuinely ripped off. I normally go to the Robina clinic and they take more than double the time that this lady did, no exaggeration. Extremely poor effort, I wish I had never wasted my time and money.

Strongly recommend to anyone in the Ipswich area who likes to take pride in their appearance.The staff are extremely knowledgeable about any procedures you try for the first time. Normally as a guy going in to these places I’ve felt a bit overwhelmed but the team at Silk was so welcoming.If you’re looking for a new spot for your self-care then this is it!
