Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Carousel Westfield

I have had my eyes tested here 3-4 times over the years. The online booking system is very easy and quick and have never had to wait long for an appointment. The staff are professional and engaged without being at all pushy. The optometrist who tests my eyes is just excellent; calm, reassuring and very thorough, like he genuinely cares about your sight. Whilst I cannot argue with the value of the frames, they don't always have the styles that I like, however I will always consider their options.Highly recommend

Very disappointed by one of the optometrists. He did not complete all the tests thoroughly but luckily James (the other optometrist) was a blessing and was very thorough and helped me understand things better. Also I'm confused because I have been provided 2 different scripts from both visits and am unsure by what my glasses number should be now. Tried to contact you guys but did not hear back unfortunately.

Awesome Specsavers! All the team is magnificent, knowledgeable and kind. Managers, dispenser and optometrists, all of them make your experience very smooth and informative.

I visited the Cannington store and the staff were all amazing! This is some of the best customer service I've ever had and the staff are so resilient. The team deserves to be acknowledged for their hard work as they're the reason I choose to return to Specsavers.The service and range of frames were amazing.Whilst I was in the store there was a customer being very abusive to the staff and the manager handled it very well, refused to be abused, and de-escalated the situation. The manager was doing her best to find a solution for an enraged and irrational man and I'm very impressed with her calibre.

Excellent, friendly and professional service by Clinical Audiologist Xin Ee Khoh. She was very understanding and explained everything in a way that I could understand very well. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing Audiology or hearing aids.Regards M.Hill

Jim and everyone I dealt with were genuinely the nicest people I've come across, they're honest and not looking to sell you something unless you actually need it. Highly recommend anyone who wants to get a check up done to visit this place, you won't be disappointed!

I have been to a couple of other SpecSavers but this is the one I prefer. Good service, great atmosphere (lots of smiling). I love the Optometrist hat I get to see each time. Smile was the one who actually picked up that I had a problem with my eyes, which is now being checked on regularly. Thank you so much.
