I had the best experience with a beautiful staff person in February. Her name begins with 'J' sorry I can't remember it as I was dealing with losing both my parents at the time. She was Russian I think or European of some sort but she went out of her way to help me and was so compassionate.. great service.

I needed help with a complex toll issue, overdue toll notices and getting a toll tag. Justina who is the person that helps when you first walk in helped me last week sort out this issue that had been causing me a hugeammout of stress. She is easily the most helpful and knowledgeable Govt employee I've ever come across. She went above and beyond to help me and I hope that Service NSW Springwood know what a fabulous employee they have here!!

What a wonderful group of people. They were all so helpful and caring. I was attended to by a lovely lady called Tracey. Nothing was too much trouble as she guided me through the process. Well done guys! 10 out of 10.

You can get the job done but the customer service is pretty poor at least with the 2 people I had to deal with. There are no greetings or any sort of friendliness which is unacceptable because it is our tax money that pays their salaries.

Had a very pleasing experience at Springwood Service NSW. I took my aged father in for a mobility parking permit. Greeted at the door in friendly manner then taken immediately to a window to process the paperwork. The staff were considerate and mindful of my father’s frailty and helped in any way they could.

This morning I went into Springwood Service centre to get some help on an issue I was having accessing something on the app. I walked in and was greeted rudely by a worker. She asked me what I wanted so I continued to explain to her my issue. She didn’t look interested or like she cared at all so I was feeling uncomfortable. I proceeded to the computer where she told me to go. As she’s directing me through the process of what I had to do she would get upset and rude whenever I asked a question. At the end of it when I did what I needed to do, I said thank you and she looked at me rolled her eyes, mumbled something which I couldn’t understand and then walked off. I was very disappointed with the service I received this morning as I have never had a problem in the service centre before. Very disappointing..

I went into the Springwood office and as I knew what I needed to do, I approached the ticket machine. Straight away, the young girl who works there pretty much pounced on me asking what I needed to do. I told her as I was getting the ticket but she pushed in front of me , asking if I had ID , to which I replied that I had several forms of ID. She grabbed the ticket and pushed it into my hand and told me to sit down.Then when I approached the counter, I was just asked if I had my Driver’s license. The woman didn’t offer any greetings. I tried to ask her if she needed me to show her the screenshot of the application form, but she ignored me. After a few minutes, then she asked for the application number. If she had smiled, I’m sure her face would have cracked.Upon finalising the online application, she just said that it’ll take 6 weeks for processing, I asked her could I have the number for my application (which I needed for a volunteering position) and she just repeated her initial statement.Customer Service here is an oxymoron. I was treated as if I am some sort of simpleton and had no understanding of anything.

Hi Springwood Service NSW team.I would like to thank the examiner and the manager for their kind support with my student Lucy on the day of her driving test this month.Lucy was panicking and really upset before her test because she felt she would not pass and was not going to give it a go that day. The manager spoke gently to Lucy encouraging her to do the driving test as she wouldn’t know if she could pass if she didn’t try.The examiner also spoke to Lucy in a quiet and encouraging manner, suggesting she give it a go and maybe she would pass that day.As a driving instructor it was great to see this effort to calm a scared young woman helping her to overcome her fears and get a great result.Lucy now has her Red P’s.

DO NOT ATTEMPT YOUR P’s TEST HERE!The driving test officer Shane is a rude, unprofessional and impatient person who should not be dealing with young drivers. He fails almost everyone who comes in and unfairly marks young drivers. Do yourself or your kids a favour and AVOID THIS TESTING CENTRE!!
