Just walked out of the store today.Was looking something nice for my granddaughters 3rd birthday.I was meeting my daughter who was going to help me to choose something.(she was finding a car space as I rode my bike)Anyway I walked in the shop a day asked to be shown in the children's section, which I was when my phone rang and I quickly answered my daughter call to let her know what shop I was in, so that she could meet me, when I was spoken to in such a rude manner before I was given the chance to apologise for answering my phone.Yes it was rude of me to answer but me not given the chance to apologise cost them my business.Gold mart down the road 1minute and I was much more happier with the lady's service

Bought a ring had to have it resized told to two to three weeks. Rang after three weeks now told it would five weeks. Thanks prouds for ruining a special day that I had planned. Won't use u guys again and Erin please learn some customer service when on the phone rather than accusing your customers of lying about delivery times

***** HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE***I normally get stuff for friend’s b’day or get some jewels for business event from this store as it’s closer to work . Shouldn’t given a star at all . There is 1 particular older woman there extremely RUDE RUDE no smile face old woman there ..she shouldn’t be in customer service / Retail industry . Mon this week I went there to get 2 x pairs of earring for friend’s gift .. b’day person then said there was no back butterfly for the earring stud . I called the store on Tues that I said both back wasn’t there ..I double checked it, so I was told to bring in next day . Went inside the store today , same person served on the Monday . No greeting as usual .. she put her finger through the form earring holder/grater - the back butterfly wasn’t there , with not happy voice saying she remembered selling it .... I said to her that the b’day person opened it and it wasn’t there and I doubled checked it and if this cannot be replaced , I can just buy it as I need this for a friend and that friend is going away soon . She said someone called the store spoke to store manager said only 1 butterfly .. I said , I called yesterday did said both, not 1. . .. she gone for few minutes believing to get butterfly replacement .. then came back ., made me feel that I’m liar or something. She looks at my face with a smile and said it is impossible is wasn’t there both butterfly..I said I’m not lying and I’m sure the b’day person wouldn’t lying to me either . she took a form back then said the butterfly is in there .I said it wasn’t there before ? You checked it .. she laughed ..I said , I’m not lying & I asked her back you checked it before and how it’s there now ? ...Her rudeness attitude acting towards with a laughing, making me feel low to be in that store ..I said in that case , can I get a refund . She said no , unless it faulty . I said , it wasn’t there before .. she gave a teasing laughed ,yelled across her 2 team - wanting to give her team that she didn’t replaced the butterfly there ..come on , if it was there . Prior walked into the store , 2 people checked and she’s the 3rd to checked and she couldn’t find it either ..especially how all the 3 x people’s finger ran through the form missed it?..if it’s there we would have felt it .. This store shouldn’t employ this type of person.. if it’s the case that all 3 missed and the butterfly were there - she would just turns around saying something pleasant to customer. I have NOT abit wanting to apologise to her as she doesn’t deserve it . I was extremely upset that I couldn’t getting my words out but said said I will put review as she has extremely bad customer service . She said “ go ahead “**.will never go back there again and business team won’t go there to get jewels there when we needed either **I ended up throwing those 2 earrings in the bin as I felt disgusted with this old woman Ruddiness.. pretty $109.90 in the bin .. ended up getting Goldmark for a b’day person , they have nice stuff there … with outstanding customer service….

I came in to buy some silver jewellery as a gift, but was helped by such an amazing salesperson, so I ended up with a diamond ring, earrings and several other items. The service was impeccable and you can tell they take pride in their job. My salesperson was Tamica and she was fabulous, I couldn’t ask for better! I will do all my shopping at Prouds Mt Druitt from now on.

Communication was very poor in regards to new orders. Informed that local supplier order will be ready in one to two weeks. But calling after a 4 weeks says it takes more than 5 weeks even can’t guarantee the time that reach the localStore due to COVID. More details would have been informed to customers to make a decision rather wait for long time to get a order

Worest customer service ever no one knowledge me total engorged the was 2 staff serving one customer one staff facing towards the stairs wanted to gifts for my family don't waste time proud management you should be ashamed.

Prouds have the worst customer service. I presented them with my watch to have the front glass replaced. They took it, & stated that Seiko, the company shall replace the glass. I was later told, that it would take three months to fix it, so I just told them to return it. It is now Tuesday 12th April . I initially gave them my watch to fix on the 26/01/2022. Disgusting service. There is a good ending to this saga, though. After collecting my watch, I asked a simple watch kiosk owner, “Could you replace the glass on my watch” ? He said yes, & that it would take 30 minutes. Incredible, after so much waiting, I was able to have this task completed in 30 minutes. Shame on you Prouds.
