I had a wonderful experience at Jasco! Both Winnie and Gary were so attentive and friendly. After having many things done elsewhere my hair has been hard to manage and super frizzy. After getting the Jasco Keratin treatment - oh wow! It is so smooth and soft! I never thought that I could feel my hair in this condition. I’m so grateful for their help! It is so refreshing to find a team who are focused on the bigger picture of hair health as well as styling!

Absolutely amazing. I waited a year for this appointment (thanks to lockdowns) & almost cried at the result! From the very start to finish they were so professional and very thorough. Very accomodating. Asking if I needed absolutely anything from water to even a phone charger. Callie kept asking if I was ok or if I was hungry & if I was happy to proceed after each step was carried out. There was no way she would leave me unhappy with the end result because she was so determined to achieve what I was wanting. I initially wanted to go lighter but given my hair type & history they compromised with me and achieved something that even I didn’t think was possible. We went through my hair history to what products I use. They then went through what hair products were best for my hair and how to maintain my hair afterwards. Everything was explained to me. I’m still so amazed with my hair and the colour it is. The entire Jacso team were just amazing & so knowledgeable. The best experience I’ve ever had compared to other places I have been especially because they were so honest with me & that’s what I appreciated the most. Thank you so much Jacso team! I can’t wait to come back ♥️

Went here to get my hair coloured and had an amazing experience. Winnie and Gary were very kind and considerate. Gary gave me realistic options with pros and cons of each one. He talked me through each step and the reasons for doing them. He genuinely cared about minimising the damage to my hair during the process. I left extremely happy with the results and they also provided me with aftercare advice. I would recommend them and will definitely be returning.

I have been having my hair cut by Gary at the Jacso hair salon for over 3 years and he is truly fantastic! From my very first cut with Gary, I have always left the salon completely in love with my haircut. He always listens, and advises practical and professional advice, and has introduced me to the most amazing products to use. Gary is highly qualified and exceptionally talented- I would certainly recommend him!

Poor customer service. I’ve DM’d them a couple times now, I can see they’ve seen the message and they don’t respond back. Even just to say “we’ll get back to you after the Easter weekend” is fine but leaving a customer on read multiple times? No thanks.

Dyed my hair for the very first time at Jacso Salon and I’m beyond impressed! Callie was professional, kind and provided detailed information throughout the process so I knew what was happening every step of the way. The Jacso team were lovely, friendly and helpful throughout my time there, making the overall experience simply exceptional! Thank you for my lush new locks! Exactly what I wanted! :)

I was looking for a new hairdresser after the last one returned to Japan. I’m really happy to have found Jacso after stalking them on Instagram for a while. Gary explained the different colouring options, what the maintenance of each option would be, and how long it would last. I was very well informed. He did a great job and I loved the under dye. Winnie also made sure I was looked after during the 7+ hours I was there. Highly recommended, I will definitely stay with Jacso from now.

First time here, (my friend recommended me) but never regret. Definitely recommend Gary to everyone I know. I absolutely love my hair and the colour so much! According to my previous experience, my hair always became dry and branched after bleached in other salons. But this time, my hair is still very soft as before. Thank you Gary who is my hairstylist. He is very nice and patient, also taught me a lot how to maintain and protect my bleached hair. Great work!!!

Gary is the most talented hairdresser I've been to in Melbourne! He delivered such stunning results that exceeded all of my expectations. The experience at the salon was also absolutely stunning. The salon was spotless, Gary talked me through every step of the process, made sure I was comfortable and was so kind and patient :) Highly recommend

My hair was in a sorry state from the last salon I visited, but Gary and his team managed to give me a beautiful new colour that's easy to manage, all while minimising any damage. Gary was very understanding and took time to go over different options as well as any associated risks including hair breakage. Winnie was also extremely helpful and accommadating, giving thorough hair care advice. The salon was also very comfortable and easy to get to. Overall a very professional and honest establishment. Look forward to my next visit!
