This place was a tiny bit tricky to find once we got there. My husband had to peer in through the tinted window to realise that we’ve to walk through the entrance of the gym. From outside, you’ll notice the familiar smell of Malaysian food and you’re in the right place! We’ve ordered Teh Tarik (bit too sweet for my liking), curry puff (decent! Eat it while it’s hotttt), lontong, nasi lemak rendang and mee rebus (my only feedback for mee rebus was a calamansi or any green lime would’ve been preferable for this than yellow lemon). You’ll be able to tell after the first bite that its befitting for their first customers in the building but hey, it’s healthier enough to keep you coming back! If you live within the area, I thought that the facilities in the gym were good too!

We ordered satay and gado-gado. The tastes were authentic, typically Malaysian. It's inside a gym, not far from Rebel Sport.

Food is delightful but service is a bit slow. Also really weird to watch people deadlift and hear the sound of weights dropping while eating.

NOTE: this place is inside the gym! You don’t need membership to enter, ignore the sign on the glass. Took me a while to find this placeNice cozy place to be, the Malaysian food is more “healthy” and I think its for the demographic that goes there which are mostly gym goers.

We ordered nasi lemak w/ beef rendang, seafood bihun goreng and the satay (3 chicken and 2 beef) with a Milo dinosaur and teh tarik ais to wash it down. The nasi lemak and rendang were very fragrant, served with a slightly sweet sambal and the usual suspects of a boiled egg, peanuts and ikan bilis. The bihun goreng seafood was very good, one of the best I’ve had in Perth. The balance of spice, salt and sweetness made for a delicious meal and a generous portion. The location inside good life health centre may be hard to spot for some but overall this is a good Malay restaurant with a relaxing vibe.

It's a small Malaysian cafe in the same premises of a fitness centre run by a Malay family. There's a vibrant atmosphere with people who are working out at the gym and Malaysians who are hoping to get some Malay dishes and probably also frequented by diehards who must have their Teh Tarik and roti canai.I had the nasi lemak with fried chicken, and the slight fragrance of coconut milk in the rice whiffed up to raise my expectation. The sambal had a little punch and a good balance of acidity and sweetness to a promise of a good breakfast. The ikan bilis and fried chicken was crispy (garing), but were fried to the point of dryness which robbed them of any flavour of fish or chicken. The cook has either lost his passion for a decent nasi lemak or has to go back for a refresher to retrace his culinary skills. Plans to pack some soto ayam, or lontong were quickly scrapped.Hope the cook finds his pride in his vocation again.

Food choices were authentic and the taste were great. Everything is reminiscent of the food back home and we'll definitely come back for more!

My wife and myself visited this Café inside a gym and we were pleasantly surprised!Sedap or tasty does describe this hidden gem. The first pleasant surprise was the size of the curry puffs. We then ordered the Mee Goreng (fried noodles) and nasi lemak. Both were tasty and satisfying and ad the authentic Malaysian taste. We found the prices to be reasonable. The place was crowded when we arrived around 1115am, and there were many gym patrons there, who looked like they just finished their morning workout. This led to the table service being a bit slow. The 'pulled tea' or teh tarik was too dilute and not to our taste. I told them and they obliged to redo it for us. The improved more concentrated tea or 'kow' teh tarik was much more to our liking.Overall a 7 out of 10 for our first time dining in here.

I like their nasi lemak fried chicken and satay, can taste it is fresh grill and fresh fried, juicy and tender! The only things was we took awhile to find the entrance, recommend they put a sign boar outside the window and let ppl know the shop is inside the gym.
