The lady who pierced my ear was very kind and handled herself in a proffessional manner. I really appreciated it. Shame there aren't other business around like that. I was very happy that they could fix me an appointment, on a Sunday. Very happy with the job she did, very even, and quite painless. Thank you!

Had a ladies haircut, I've been here several times, I didn't have an appointment. I wasn't asked or offered a shampoo or blowdry and style afterwards, but still charged $47 for a basic haircut. Also missed a section on one side. For that price I expect full service.

My first visit & I took the risk of having my mid-length hair cut into a very short style & a permanent colour. I was absolutely delighted with the results & one week on… I am still very happy. I can manage the styling easily & my hair is now in great condition. All the hairdressers were so helpful with suggestions & also a friendly team. Excellent experience.

This company has just lost a customer. Not only did I have to wait nearly an hour, the lady spent a total of 7 minutes on my hair - from the moment she started cutting my hair (no shampoo and conditioner) to the minute I paid my bill - 7 minutes!!I can certainly not recommend them to any potential new customers!
