Australia Post - Moonee Vale LPO

Have been a customer for ten years and never have I ever had a better post office/customer experience. Like family, truly local, efficient and always smiling even when having to and adhering to mask wearing. Couldn't recommend them highly enough and keep on doing the great job you do ladies.

What a trainwreck of a place. Most unprofessional post office I’ve ever seen. So messy and staff have no clue what’s going on. Bizarre punishment for those who live in this postcode. WFH and get a hand on your parcels before they end up in this chasm of despair.

Absolutely best post office service. The girls always go out of their way to assist and advise best postal options. Don’t know what all these negative comments are about. Yes can be messy yes it is small but who cares they are a busy business running several services besides postal. It provides dry cleaning and also has your pharmacy needs next door where they also service many customers, especially the elderly, also offering delivery of their prescriptions. Very unfair comments, especially those during what was a very hard and confusing time over the pandemic and covid restrictions when a business such as this was deemed as “essential services”. They were run off their feet with the increase in work load. Who cares what it looks like behind the counter or even the room, the space is small and given the increase of residential apartment developments in the area, and therefore residents, it’s no surprise they are overwhelmed and busy. Despite another 2 post offices nearby this has been my go to post office for over 20 years. The others may be more organised in appearance but I have never received the down to earth, easy going, helpful approach elsewhere. The girls here are always happy to assist to the best of their knowledge. Keep in mind Australia Post do not help matters with changing of services or increasing of prices and most time not notifying business till after the fact. Not to mention the lazy delivery drivers that do not do their jobs properly and leave customers and post office staff to do the chasing.

Post Office? More like post apocalyptic wasteland... looking for a new place to live so I don't have to go here ever again.

Literally the worst post office. Dread having to collect parcels from here.Only open 8:30-5:30? If I was able to get to the post office in that time frame I would have been home to receive my parcel in the first place. Even if I leave work at 5PM on the dot I'm not going to be able to get there by 5:30. On top of this, so disorganised and dirty, hate wasting Saturday morning's waiting to collect parcels.

Have to call in advance to ask them to put their mask on. No QR code checking, couldn't care less that we're in a lockdown. Would bet my bottom dollar that if you walked in right now their mask would be hanging off their ear.Edit: How this place is still operating is beyond me. While one staff member is nice, I was verbally abused by the manager for my previous Google review who even stated my daughter is a solicitor" (?!??) and since then they have failed to transfer any parcels to neighbouring post offices - whose staff also know what a nightmare the manager here is! Calling Australia Post and making another formal complaint

Contrary to all the negative reviews, I haven't had a bad experience here, nor can I think of anything wrong. The staff have always been helpful with my questions and requests. The post office is in a convenient location, and I think it's just unfortunate that they don't have much space for the ever-increasing volume of parcels.

If I could give a negative star I would. The post office staff are not only rude but very unhelpful and have no clue about procedures a polices. Avoid at any cost You can thank me later.

Enter at one's own risk! I visited this post office last Friday only to discover the QR code was not visible at the front door, the woman serving customers at the counter was not wearing a mask and there was no social distancing in place. There were five customers in close proximity in a small area. When I attempted to address my concerns, I was met with total disregard for the seriousness of the matter.
