Don't recommend - what was meant to be easy and hustle free it turned into a nightmare of confusion and over 2 hours of phone calls. Easier if you do it yourself.

I felt persuaded to go with a certain Energy provider, which I now regret. Had read so many good reviews. Updates had name misspelt, incorrect home and postal address. The contract was posted, rather than emailed - which meant it arrived the day before 7 day cooling off period. Really frustrated, won't use again.

As a Property Manager, my experience working with Tom LeBrocq has been nothing short of wonderful! Firstly, the Move Me In platform has been integrated seamlessly into our standard procedures and our tenants have only provided positive feedback. As our account manager, Tom has always been on the ball and assisted with anything I have queried in a prompt manner.
