Order myself a doubleMy spicy and the stuff put it in wrong order and instead I’ve got just a single mc spicy,went back ask to change but instead the manager trying to have a go and raise his voice on me. In my entire career as a chef I’ve never think that the store comes first it’s always customers comes first.

The worst maccas food I have ever eaten. It was so bad I've made the effort to leave my first food review. If it didn't cost $30 I would have laughed at what we were given.

It's a Macca's so the food is as you would expect, no issues here. However if you're visiting this venue I would stick with the drive thru rather than heading inside. I mistakenly thought I would dine in here last week. Opening the door I was greeted with a foul smell of urine, smoke and something indescribable. After taking a few steps in I noticed the smell coming primarily from a group of people sleeping on chairs inside the restaurant (not entirely a Macca's problem, but you'd think the nation's capital would provide for rough sleepers better). It got worse as I moved toward the counter where two gentlemen we're sharing a bottle of wine at a table, no purchases to be seen, just wine. And at the next table another person was just smoking a lit cigarette inside. The staff seemed undeterred by the restaurant patrons as they busily served, it must be a regular sight for them. Probably time for McDonalds to invest in some security, cleaning and connect with some outreach services.

Very mediocre McDonalds at best. For convenient late night food it alright but the attitude of the staff really needs improvement. Luckily there were ordering machines and contactless payment options here, so I didn’t experience any of the order mishaps. Only the McVeggie was somewhat worth it but the chicken wrap was really abysmal. Soggy un-toasted wrap with just 2 measly pieces of chicken and old veg.Just observing the staff, they are very disorganised, can’t even give a proper reply to a simple question. Either hire more people to take more shifts or properly designate the roles. The table surfaces are not cleaned and the 2 trash bins always seem to be full.

Dirty and poor service.Tried the other option through Uber rather than going in. Meal was stone cold. Did not include shake. No refund provided as apparently if Uber/ McDonald’s delivers your food cold and inedible apparently it’s ineligible to be refunded. Take your chances or better yet eat from the many other choices in the area and definitely use deliveroo, menulog or another delivery service

McDonald's Braddon at CanberraVisited on 15/3/2021It is definitely just a stone throw away from the serviced apartment we stayed in the night before.Our travelling group have our McDonald's breakfast before we depart Canberra.There were only one or two other customers having takeaway breakfast when we were there. My wife and I ordered McMuffin with Bacon and Egg, and free senior coffee.The staff did check to ensure that both cups of coffee were for senior consumption.Serving trays were not used, probably due to Covid pandemic. However, I believe it is an overuse of wrapping and packaging materials. Each muffin is wrapped, and the two Muffins were placed in bag. The coffee in a cup with lid, and bothculs were placed I in a specially designed box-tray.

Fast food restaurant with Halal Certificate, located on Mort St, Braddon ACT-Canberra.Very different from McDonald's in general in Indonesia, in Australia they do not serve their main menu, namely fried chicken and rice (which are staple foods in Indonesia).Served nuggets, burgers, fries and ice cream.Drive thru is available

Terrible service. Had to wait 10mins for nuggets. Staff kept having loud gossips instead of working. Not once did staff tell customers 'sorry about the wait' and not one order was complete. Handed half orders and told they were waiting on something. When ready, just called the number and turned around. I said something to the manager about the poor service and she just stated at me.

Gave my husband a Luke warm weak flat white, we drove around the block to get a drinkable one, explained at the speaker, told to drive through to window.. given coffee without apology but with blatant eye roll from young server with many plastic bangles.
