The ladies of this store are amazingly accommodating for all needs ranging from hair to waxing, nails, make-up and more! I feel so welcomed every time I attend and are fabulous when tending to my child's hair as well. They are able to answer all my question's and recommend the best products to suit us an individuals.

Amazing staff and great quality services

Went in last minute today to book a hair appointment, the lady who booked me in was absolutely amazing and I was so stoked I could get in with such late notice. I unfortunately was running late to my appointment as I got caught up at work (as you do). One of the workers phoned me because I was running late and pretty much said I need to re book as I am “really late”.. I was running about 10-15 minutes late so It was not un reasonable for them to request me to re book the appointment, and I do have quite long thick hair so I understood they require enough time to do the cut. Unfortunately they did not have any availability around my work schedule so I did not re book with them, which is completely understandable and out of their control. What I am disappointed with is that I had arrived at the Mall when they phoned, I had mentioned I was on my way and apologised for being late. I went to go do some grocery shopping and as I walked by I happened to notice no customers inside the saloon and the staff sitting looking like they had nothing to do. If they had multiple bookings this afternoon and physically could not work around me being 10-15 minutes late I wouldn’t of felt so disappointed. I understand there is probably more behind the scenes at their work place, just unfortunately very disappointed in no attempt for any flexibility.Otherwise, I’m sure they generally offer good service to majority of their customers but I unfortunately did not get to experience this.

Always a fantastic service!!! I get my lashes done fortnightly by Yasmin. She came highly recommended by other beauticians in Dubbo and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Luscious is friendly and relaxed. Front of house staff have always been pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend!!!!

I went here this week, and the staff were brilliant. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming. It was my first time and I had Jerry Senior Stylist. He did a terrific job on my hair， I let him have free reign. He probably did the best job of my life and I have received multiple compliments on the cut, which left my hair looking vibrant, healthy, and glossy. The attention to detail was fantastic and I am a loyal customer！highly recommend! Good job Jerry!

The ladies at luscious are amazing, they welcome you with a smile and positive attitudes and where great to deal with. I have had my hair cut twice there now and my daughters as well and all our experiences have been positive. The ladies are great if you want to have a talk during your service or if you just want a quiet session they understand too. Highly recommend, we will be returning for our hair maintenance!

Absolutely perfect service. All staff were so accommodating, relaxed and friendly. The quality of work just as amazing! After moving here recently, I think I’ve found my local salon now :-)
