Just waited at the counter to buy something for 5 minutes while the red haired lady chatted with a friend. Looked at us and then continued chatting. Went elsewhere

Makes me happy every time. I must remember to respect my budget. But, always my happy place. Let me know when (if) they bring back the notebooks I like. Well I like lots of them. But the what do girls want one.And always have a nifty $5 bargain. Cute bits to put in the gift cupboard or make my day.

I went there to buy a card Thursday morning, the girl didn't even say hell or good by...I asked her a question when I purchased my card and she didn't reply...worse customer service ever..

I’ve been to plenty of different typos and the service I got today was the worst I have ever received.I went in at about 12 the lady working then was horrible. Walked she saw me and looked at me and I got absolutely no greeting. She did not seem like she wanted to be there at all. When I was trying to purchase all she said was what’s your email and the attitude she had when I said oh no that’s fine thanks was ridiculous. Was not a great experience would not even walk in the store if I saw her working. If you want customers to sign up to your programs better customer service would be a good start.
