I have just received exceptional service from Simon @ his Manager Alex at the Westfield Marion Samsung store. I was having difficulty with establishing email on my tablet and I had been to many disappointing appointments previously at various opposition outlets to no avail. However, Simon would not give up in his attempts to solve my problem and when I asked whether it would be worth a try by checking with his manager he readily agreed. Alex was also very vigilant and thorough and they finally solved my issue, much to my utmost delight. I would recommend making an appointment with these very competent technicians (and Manager) for any problem you may have with your Samsung device.

Just needed a quote for repair. The Samsung process is you need to book an appointment and it take 25 - 30 mins, and they send it off for assessment. We asked can we book an appointment, and was told they were fully booked, and only had appointments during the day when we are at work as we have a job. We walked by 3 or 4 times during the next 2 hours and they were never busy, saw the sales assistant on their phone every time doing nothing. So 2 questions, why does it take 30 mins to input your details to send off your phone, and you seriously couldn't do it in the 4 hours you were going to be open for. Your processes and procedures are incredibly not customer focused.

No issue with the repair of my Samsung product. It was repaired in a timely manner, the result was outstanding and I was thankful to be contactable again after a few days downtime. My complaint was the customer service I received. The customer service consultant I dealt with at the samsung bar was not pleasant, his attitude towards me was short and bordering rude. I was treated like my needs were not important. I'm not sure if it was due to the clothing I was wearing after a long day of work were not suitable to receive good customer service. The attitude I received was that of someone who doesn't take pride in their work.I was not offered a loan phone to assist with staying productive while my phone was being repaired.I basically had to complain that I did not live locally so that I could get an appointment (I purchase samsung products to avoid Apple like treatment at the genius bar) to return for an appointment that would have been over very quickly had they accepted cash instead of card payment. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and made myself known to receive a reply that my appointment would be at the time specified with no hint of possibly being seen early even though no other clients were being served at my arrival.The result was receiving my phone back repaired after 4 days of contact which is acceptable and reasonable.Good customer service is demonstrated with empathy and acknowledgment of one's existence outside or a spreadsheet or timetable.I was quoted one price at initial meeting and another when paying which is also a little frustrating but these things happen when dealing with multiple products.Great turn around, great price, but customer service needs attention for one particular individual.

I could not be happier with the service at Samsung Marion! After a disaster with a destroyed screen on my S10+ I came to get it repaired late arvo on Thursday and by lunch Friday the phone was fixed and ready for pick up! After coming from another phone manufacturer whose repairs are extortionate and take weeks I was so impressed with the price and efficiency. Charlie, who helped me, was super clear on the process and was really great helping me with what was a pretty frustrating situation. Thanks :)

We went into the store on a Thursday night to look at the features of the new s9 and s9+. We had excellent service from Regan. She explained all the features of the phones. Answered all our questions and was super friendly and great customer service. We came back Saturday morning and ordered our phones (staff super helpful and friendly too). We got a call on Tuesday to say that our phones were in and we had to make an appointment. Due to our busy schedules, we couldn't do the times that they had available so she went above and beyond to squeeze us in that night after work (and after appointment times). She even stayed way past her finishing time to help us set up our new phones. Regan and the other staff that were working on these days were super helpful and we are so grateful for Regan and everything that she did for us. 10/10 service! Well done and thank you!

1082/5000I have been a Samsung customer since the S4 and I always buy online at pre-order with insurance included. Last year when the Samsung S10 was launched, the sellers of this store convinced me to buy from them and convinced me that it would be the same thing as buying online. I decided to buy with them and it was the worst thing I did! First they told me that I could buy insurance when I get the device with them, but when I got it, everything had already been paid, they told me that they were not allowed to sell the insurance but that this would be possible after a few days. I lost count of how many times I went there wasting my time and money trying to buy insurance for my cell phone. I tried to buy online but on the website the support staff told me that they only sell insurance for new devices purchased online. In short I never got my insurance and last month I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. It may be the fault of these unprepared people. Now I will have to put a phone that cost me $ 1799 in the bin because the cost of the repair is not worth it. Frustrating!

Absolutely astounded! I went in Saturday to outright purchase a new Samsung Galaxy S10 and they were quite busy. One of their workers Carmelo, who was on his day off assisted me in purchasing me a brand new Samsung Galaxy S10 and got me the phone for Wholesale price through my ABN which was even better. That's dedication and customer service right there on your day off, well done to Carmelo and the team at Samsung Marion can't be more thankful enough for helping me out.

Will never buy Samsung products ever again. The customer's customer service is appalling and their ovens are poorly made and unreliable. This is not a comment about the Marion store but about Samsung's handling of complaints about faulty products. I am the owner of two Samsung ovens. Both control boards expired exactly on the 5 year mark of their installation. Ovens are not something that are used very often, not like a TV or a fridge or a phone. I contacted Samsung no less than 8 times about this, trying to find out if they would assist with repair costs and also if the parts were still available in Australia and the cost. They said they do not advise customers about parts. They kept directing me to a service centre 200km away in Clare when there is one 15km away at Keswick. They have no interest in fixing their system to direct customers to the correct service centre. Each time I contacted them I was told I was supplying new info (which I was not) and they would do something to help me. Finally someone from VOC Sydney contacted me and said their ovens were budget products, 5 years was a reasonable product life and they would do nothing to help me after 4 weeks of my following up. I think it was a bad batch of ovens and will not buy their products again. The family and I own about 25 Samsung products but they have lost me as a customer.

Excellent service! All staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. My broken phone screen was fixed in 2-3 days. The staff helped me set up my phone when it came back from the repairer, and went out of their way to show me features I hadn't previously been using. Very knowledgeable staff who care about their customers.
