Northside mobile car detailing

I got my car cleaned from this business and the service quality was very poor. Vaccum not done properly, asked for seats steam cleaning but couldn’t see any difference after getting done, car’s interior also isn’t cleaned properly, inside doors it doesn’t seems touched at all or behind or besides the car seats. He made me to go away from my car while he was cleaning coz he tricked me as he didn’t wanted to give enough time to my car’s cleaning probably. Asked for 2-3 hrs to leave my car with him and not cleaned properly also paid $150 dollers but not worth it all all. Moreover, when I came back and checked my car and said that I’m not satisfied with the service, he said he don’t like to deal with desi people, he was just free so took my order so I politely said that it should be mentioned on the website then that Desi people don’t come here coz it’s horrible to have bad service with your hard earned money and then being attacked based on your race, color or community. It’s not about community or religion sir, its about service how you provide it and how satisfied your client is with your work so you can build trust with your clients. If someone go to this business, hopefully you will see this comment before going and wasting your money . Also, would like to mention that before posting this comment, I showed my car after cleaning to few people, who have seen my car before cleaning as well and everyone said that he didn’t do the job properly so I would like to help other customers now with this review, Thanks.
