The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The pool technician attended after two days of me trying to return his calls on his mobile. Once I got hold of him he became argumentative and told a pack of lies. I requested him to come when I was home so I could explain the issue. His comment was he will see if he can find sometime to come around. A simply job of replacing above ground pipes became a nightmare!!!. I will never recommend him to anyone!! What happened to service with a smile!

The absolute worst pool company we have had the displeasure to be forced to deal with. Being the Zodiac warranty company in Darwin, we have no choice. 2 months of lies and excuses. Despite promises to call us back, not ever 1 return call. Still waiting....

I have tried on 6 different occasions to get a quote for a pool cleaning service, twice in person, twice via phone and twice via email. On visit in person first was no worries I send it out today the second time oh sorry computer problems. On the phone the computer issue story and the other time sorry we'll ring you back" no return call. On the Web sight I sent a request asking for a quote and received a vague message and the second email I requested a formal quote and nothing.Pool cleaning must be booming to turn away business or just incompetent take your pick. Don't waist your time."

I am a regular customer yet some of ladies are always grumpy & rude every time I go in there. My husband says they are the opposite to him. I left a message to speak to the business owner but haven't had a call back yet. In the meantime I'm taking my regular business elsewhere

On first appearance this store seems like they know what they are doing. I took my chlorinator in and they gave me a quote and said the circuit board was fried which I agreed and gave them the go ahead. After numerous calls to chase to see when it would be ready I was told they put the wrong board in and had to order the right one, two days later I was told it happened again and they were going to get one from another supplier, on the third conversation I was told it was still the wrong board so I went and picked it up only to discover when I pulled it apart to gat the part number it had never been touched, it was just lies for one and a half weeks. I then took it to my usual shop and they had it fixed in twenty four hours and it wasythe main board like they were saying and it cost me a third of what they quoted me. My advise is if you don’t know what your doing then don’t try and do it and lie to people. Total outright lies for a week. I would never go to this store again. Total lies.

These mob are absolute legends. Starting renting a place a few days ago, has an in-ground spa. Cloudy water. The real estate mentioned that high tech do the maintence. The lady was very friendly and helpful, before I could even tell her my address she told me it! Whoa! A company that's actually in the know. Was like she knew the place of the top of her head. Gave me new chlorine tablets and two sandwich bags of exact amounts of chemicals with clear instructions. Got home,followed instructions, 3 hours later pool clear as day! Didn't even charge me! 11 out of 10!
