Tranquility Pools & Spas Manufacturing

This is the first review I’ve ever given as the service I experienced was very poor and something must have changed in house following Kerrie’s positive post.Due to an original fault issue with Tranquility Pools (TP) they had to double skin our pool.Attempt two and I then had water seepage between both fibreglass layers with tiles delaminating around the mosaic and a waterbed feeling to the floor of the pool due to constant structural movement.I was informed by them not to tamper with the hydrostatic value and this was an “installers” issue but the installers details they gave us were uncontactable when tried on several occasions.I then went back to (TP) as they are the owner/head contractor considering the pool was also still a structural warranty item for assistance to repair.I was told they were unable to help as I was in Sydney, they didn’t know when someone would be available and to keep trying the installer.After giving up over a year later from first contact and following engineering advice I have now engaged a contractor and excavated out both layers finding “as suspected” between 100 & 500 litres of water between them that could not be drained by other means.As a large scale house item, we will spend over $50,000 installing the new replacement pool after zero support from (TP)We had a poor product that failed on multiple occasions, poor after sales service and the manufacturers warranty was a waste of time and was never supported by (TP) seeing as they wouldn’t even come and inspect.I’d recommend if you have another option, go with it and avoid (TP).Regards,Ben

Can't give enough stars for this company. Excellent service & after service. Nothing is too much trouble. Would never deal with anyone else if I was putting in another pool! Highly recommended!!
