We paid 1750$ for a tiny 3 bedroom unit, we were NOT told balcony is not included. Ended up paying 400$ Of our bond for pressure cleaning. The total cleaning fees were more than our bond!!!! The most annoying of all is they stopped answering our calls the moment we paid them!!! Not happy.

I asked for a quote to clean my house prior to a rental inspection that is coming up. Narelle did'nt show up. I am not impressed & will never use Jim's again!
