Very very appalling service, owner was very rude and disrespectful. After damaging my new iPhone 13pro max due, refused to pay and does not reply to messages. Avoid this joke of business and get a qualified technician to repair your phone instead.

Got told a phone that was unrepairable at NUMEROUS different places that contained desperately needed data. This place seemed to be able to fix it effortlessly within less than 45 minutes. Highly recommended.

My Mother took her phone to be repaired, it sounded like it had a virus. They did a factory reset without explaining to her that they were not going to back up her phone so she lost everything. I could have told her how to do a factory reset! I sent her to a phone repair place so they would backup, reset, put data back on. I was waiting to be called just so I could make sure I could help her/speak to the guy, he said to her it will be right we'll fix it and wiped everything, disgusting.

Disgusting customer service, damaged my phone and refused to cover cost of repairs they caused. Definitely stay far away from this incompetent and unreliable business.

Terrible service. Came in to because I had a problem with the my phone charging. All they did was cleaned and and charged me money. Went home and problem still persists.Eventually went to another store when the fixed the problem.

Incredibly unsatisfied and unhappy with my iPhone after taking it to Universal Phone Services in Woden. My iPhone 11 Pro Max had a crack in its screen, and after taking it to the store twice to get it repaired (the first time, the screen was faulty), the quality of my front camera reduced significantly. I then got in contact with them for a refund, and they were unhelpful. The employees told me somehow it was my fault that the front camera had been damaged. After paying well over $400 for a new screen, but also now a blurry and faulty front camera, I wouldn't recommend anyone go here.

One star rated only because I could not do zero stars - which is how I really feel about this service at United Phone - Woden Westfields.The first replacement screen was sold aftermarket (the attendant warned me it would operate exactly the same as OEM screen), however it drained my battery extremely quickly and caused numerous issues with typing and user interface etc.When I returned to the shop to ask for the OEM screen, I had to pay the extra amount, which I did. Upon using the phone I received a message from Apple stating that has recognised a 'NON-OEM' screen has been installed on my phone.The attendant denied any of this happened.Following this, circa 2 months after the faux 'OEM screen' and tempered glass cover was installed, the entire screen and cover came loose and detached from the phone, after a drop which only light cracked the tempered glass protective cover.The sealant was not properly applied between the screen and phone, which is the clear reason for the fault.When the attendant at United Phone Services was approached as to how this issue would be rectified, the attendant got angry and denied any responsibility. They refused to come to any sort of agreement as to how to move forward.The business is a sham and all products sold and services offered are disingenuous.Please veer away from this establishment as it will only cost you lots of money and heartache to fix your phone.If all the other one star reviews have not deterred you at this point, please take this one as a very big warning to not do business with this establishment.

Avoid at all costs. I came in to get my iPhone backing replaced and they melted the lens, making my camera blurry. Five times I was asked to come with the promise that they'd replace the lens, only to be told after a half day wait each time that they did not have a lens replacement. I couldn't believe how gullible I was. Honestly the worst experience.

Amazing service! Took less than a minute to put our UV screen protector on, super friendly, and willing to have a chat. If you need any phone services, highly recommend Universal Phone Services Woden!

What incredible service. Just had my screen replaced and a new lens placed on my phone. Couldn't be happier! The lads hauled arse to get it done in the time frame I needed. Would absolutely recommend!! Thank you!!
