Good classes for my 1 year old, easy system if you don’t attend your class you can make it up. Only thing is I wish the windows were tinted as the sun can be brutal during the class.

My kid has been going here for over a year and every teacher he has had he has loved and the staff is always very nice

Why do they consistently change aqua instructors every time we get a fantastic instructor they cut their hours no wonder the good ones leaveNeed to have fun as well, today's I did not enjoy at all

Great squad coach and lessons for an amazingly cheep price. I have been swimming here for 4 years. In winter the pool is always a good temperature even though you are heavily training and it can get a bit hot but that's only sometimes. There is a small pool for the little ones, a lot of seating and great staff. Staff are really friendly to the kids and the adults.

1st time for hydro therapy after knee replacement and will be back for 9 more visits. Pool great temperature.

Friendly staffs but I think they better upgrade the whole swimming pool and organise a good timetable for all customers.They provide good childcare service for mums to do exercise, but just 830am-1130am, so we have to bring babies at the morning, but they always holds for school training at the morning and used all the swimming line, and hold the empty bathroom few hours. I understand because of the child safety, but how about mums and babies and the older customers?Also they have the pool exercise group and babies and kids swimming lessons at same time in the morning as well, over 20 people using one bathroom at the first floor, their are just 3 shower room but 2 are unavailable for shower.We pay lot of money for the service got the Poor facilities and Equipments, wish they can face the problems.P.s A Smokey eyes Lifeguard, she should improve her attitude.

Need to really have a look at their loyalty towards the staff . Great instructors getting hours cut , we need the good instructors . Instead of cutting the good instructors hours , you need to ask the ladies that do the work outs if they are happy with the instructors. Poor management.

My first visit was today, my anxiety levels where pretty high but I found it pleasant. I will be back. I needed ramp access, which one of the pools has.I've come back to say that I believe that there should be a mention that the ramp access pool is not available at all times on the Web Site. It did cause me an issue when I arrived to use the pool and could not, so don't go earlier than 12:30 if you need ramp. This kind of disappointed me that I didn't know before hand.PLEASE, adjust this on your site, so it doesn't cause disappointment to those needing the ramp. I was not willing to wait 2 hours and went elsewhere.
