One of the ladies were leaning out the window in the drive thru patting someone’s dog and then continued back making the drinks.. didn’t wash hands. Pretty gross considering hand hygiene is pretty important in hospitalityYou don’t know what allergies people have!Also they handle money then touch the straws to put in your drinkWASH YOUR FKN HANDS!!!!! Disgusting

Not too impressed with this place at all…Ordered a creme caramel fusion that had barely any whipped cream or caramel drizzle on it. Also ordered the mighty cheese ciabatta and the whole thing was burnt and looks nothing like the picture on the app.Another thing was the customer service was pretty bad, I don’t normally say that about places to judge but this was just terrible! I have a membership with Zarraffas and once ordering I said if I could scan my card and she looked at me rolled her eyes and proceeded to walk away from me. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or something but that was just plain rude of her.We waited for a short time for the food and drinks was fine, but there was plenty of other customers in the store at the time and they put our food up on the bench without telling anyone which food/drinks was for who. How are we supposed to guess who has those items if they don’t even tell us the food/drinks are ready and what they are, and they’re sitting there for 5 mins?Overall not too happy with this place and definitely would be taking myself to Redbank from now on where the service is so much more friendly and welcoming.

Great place, often no issues with drinks. Sometimes don't crush up ice properly which is annoying considering the price of a drink - but besides that, there's been no issue

It was busy this morning but the team hear made it look easy. They were all smiling and polite, it's clear they wanted to be there and wanted to do a great job. Thank you so much! The order was perfect and the coffee was amazing. Well done team.

Always seem to have a problem with Booval getting order correct, love my coffee and some staff are fantastic baristas but recently they seem to skip the caramel in the lattes or give you marshmallows when you ask for no marshmallows! When you pay $7 odd for a coffee you expect at least to get what you ask for. Disappointing when you just want a decent coffee first thing in the morning before a long day at work!
