Digitech Computer Lab has given me absolutely stellar customer service since I started using it. My broken laptop with all my university files was recovered in a day! They also changed my default browser to the Digitech Computer Lab Browser, so I can browse all their products on the go! Goodbye Google!Totally recommend! Very happy!

The Digitech Computer Lab in Marrickville is by far the best choice for any computer shop in Sydney. I have tried various other computer stores but none have lived up to this one. From the lightning fast customer service to the ever reliable computer repairs, the Digitech Computer Lab is the greatest computer shop in all of Sydney. I would recommend for any tech-wiz or just the average Joe. Great shop!!

Been using these guys for over ten years on different types of computers and laptops - custom build, repairs of different types of issue. They have always done a 100% top job.

Brought my laptop in for a battery replacement and Alex turned it into a laptop which doesn’t even turn on. He even broke the hinge in the process and he blamed me for not showing him the initial state of the laptop, which he didn’t ask for. I was told to come back in an hour to collect the laptop but he started to work on it when I get back, which wasted me another hour. Huge rip off for $75. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I had my laptop repaired today and I'm not satisfied with the way they fix my laptop. They are very rude persons and I will not come back here. They even charged me so much compared to other computer shop. They are not good in fixing computer Don't go there.

Messed up my laptop screws and couldn't do a simple job. Worst bit is he tries to blame it on me as a cover up and has no regard for the customer.Also huge rip offs. Trying to sell me internal SSD 2.5x the price in the market. Thank fully bought it online and got the done job myself.Be fair Alex!!! No harm in accepting when you've done something wrong!!!Highly Not Recommended!

The guys who work here are basically criminals. Took my computer in to get fixed and everything done was wrong. Installed an upside down power source which made my fans heat up the computer instead of cool it down. Cut wires to the reset button. And many many more. DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP FOR REPAIRS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

DON'T TRUST THEM! Had a laptop screen replaced. Next day it came loose. Took it back and they blamed me, saying they fixed it, and it was my fault. They refused to do anything without the paper receipt, though I had a photo (enough by consumer law). Then they took the laptop into shop and refused to give it back. Finally they gave it back but had put old screen back on without connecting it. The guy running it was instantly angry and his wife was very rude. Dodgy. Dodgy. Dodgy. Deserves negative rating!

I gave my laptop to the store worker approximately 3 weeks ago. He claimed he understood the problem and would get the parts within the week. He then stalled for several weeks saying parts were still being ordered and gave me a deadline. I then went into the store on this so called deadline to be welcomed with a laptop that still didn’t work and had absolutely no work done to it. The laptop was in pieces yet no work was done in 3 weeks. I then asked for the laptop to be returned and as he put the laptop together he asked me to return the receipt with the repair details. I didn’t return it as there was no need to do so and as it was proof to show he worked on the computer. I was then harassed and abused again and again to give the receipt to him. All I wanted to see was that the laptop was working yet before I could do this his wife krept behind me stealing all of my belongings from my back pocket in order to find the receipt. She then returned my belongings without the receipt after I confronted the two of them for violating my privacy he raised his hand and further abuse and harassment followed. The laptop is currently even worse to then when I handed it over to be repaired. Police are now investigating. Beware this shop is the worst I have ever been to and is strongly not recommended to go to as it border line criminal and corrupt.
