Cressy Road Early Learning

(Dec 22) Minus 10 stars if I could! The educators at Cressy Road are lovely and provided our child with wonderful care.Unfortunately, any goodwill regarding the service is completely undone by the Owner Nesha Hutchinson who is highly defensive, unprofessional and rude!This week with our consent the centre did a Covid test on our two-year-old son, to our surprise it was positive. We of course collected him as soon as we were called.I administered another RAT at home (negative) then an additional RAT done by a nurse at our local respiratory clinic the following morning along with a PCR test (both negative).The nurse spoke with Nesha to explain that given the two negative RATs and PCR the result from day-care was likely nothing more than a false positive (which of course can happen from time to time). Nesha responded by saying “my centre, my rules” and hung up the phone. She then called my Wife and what started as a reasonable conversation ended with Nesha also hanging up the phone.We then received an unexpected email stating our son’s enrolment was terminated! This has left us in a terrible position and without suitable care.To make matters worse she claimed both the nurse and my Wife had some how “abused” her. Nesha also said we had accused Cressy Road of falsifying a covid test. This was completely out of left field and a lie!In our experience, Nesha appears to be on some kind of ridiculous power trip. Definitely more concerned with chastising families and complaining than customer service and childcare.Be warned, as long as Nesha is the operator of Cressy Road avoid at all costs. Could not recommend, even if there were the last day-care in Sydney!

I have had the privilege of putting my boys through the same management as Cressy Road Early Learning when it was known as Top Ryde Early Learning. I couldn’t fault the programs and care given. My boys thrived under their team.Nesha and her team are very caring, educated and thrive when your children thrive.

Cressy Road Early Learning and their team have been extremely helpful and accommodating to my son who experience separation anxiety.My mind is at ease when I am able to leave them within their care where I do receive continuous updates on their progress throughout the day.The centre itself has created an adventurous environment which my child loves. There is so much they offer the kids from sports, crafts, education, nutritious meals & even date night for mum and dad!I can not recommend them enough

I'm extremely impressed with the team at Cressy Road. My little girl has settled in so well. I was nervous at first as she's only 10mths old, but I honestly couldn't be happier and I know she is thriving. Nesha was so welcoming and the team put my mind at ease straight away, keeping me up to date with my daughter's day to day naps, feeds and activities.

It's been such a wonderful transition from the old centre (Top Ryde Early Learning) to Cressy Road. My son has settled really well. All the staff seem to have all come together to create such a nurturing environment for the children. Highly recommend

Cressy road early learning is amazing. Since my child has attended, I have noticed a significant change. She loves being able to see the chickens and check the eggs. We also have friends with children here too and they recommended us to go here. The gardens are amazing and our daughter loves exploring in the grounds and gardens. Highly recommended!!!

The move from Top Ryde Early Learning to Cressy Road Early Learning has been exciting! I’ve had the pleasure of seeing my son grow and thrive under their care for a year at their previous site and was welcomed into this new space so beautifully and safely! In these covid times it’s hard to do orientations with your son but I was able to do a RAT test with one of their supplied ones and stay for hours while my son played, got to meet his new teachers and friends and even stay for lunch.I love the outdoor space! It’s so big and natural and children can really interact with nature. It seems as soon as Nesha’s team took over the space she has thrown so much into bringing the place up to her high standard. Adding more bark to soften the climbing area, more outdoor climbing equipment, planting flowers and herb gardens and cutting back the bamboo to make paths and magical trails to explore where it was previously dense and hard to enter.The meals too are impressive - made one site with fresh and quality ingredients. I love their lunches. It’s food you would be pleased to eat for your own lunch. And I love their approach to afternoon tea where veggies are served everyday and normalised as a snack option. Because of this my son has developed a taste for carrot sticks and cucumber at home which he didn’t learn from us!Thanks so much for looking after my son and giving him a safe space to learn and feel a sense of normalcy in this Covid crazy world.

Absolutely love Cressy Road ! The educators are reliable, professional and always take special care with each and every child.The children learn so much everyday and love attending the centre. With a mix of activities, learning techniques, and play it’s the perfect place for children to reach their highest potential.

My son is in the babies room and is happy every day! The educators provide such love and variety in his day - I love seeing the photos of him exploring, cooking, creating and learning. When chatting with other parents about how much our children enjoy their days at Cressy Road, I am confident I have made the right decision in choosing this team.

one year ago we went for the orientation and we gave all the details on that day. but without attending a day they charged amount per day from us. we only went for the orientation but they charged for that on as well. I m still shocked why they did like this for us.i edited my review again because i cant reply for your comment.yes we tried to contact accountant and nominated supervisor no one call back regarding this. so we giveup on this.i have prove that paid (18th april to may 01) on tuesday 19 april 202210.51pmcharged from our account.I wrote this for it would never going to happen for another parent.Thanks
