Get Buzzed Barber

Disgusting experience. Came in to an empty shop at 1130 after driving half an hour for a haircut. The 2 ladies fobbed me off and sent me to the salon across the mall. When i get there they were booked out for the day. I walked back out to go passed get buzzed to go home and the 2 ladies were laughing at me.I will never be back to my regular spot and i will not be taking my kids or wife here ever again.Disgusting behavior if this is how you treat your locals

Spent almost $30 on a simple haircut, nothing special, and the haircut I got was terrible. The haircut was uneven and just looked silly. I have gone to this hairdresser before to get the same cut, and it turned out great. But lately, it seems as if every time I go to this hairdresser to get the exact same cut, the prices increase and the quality of the haircut decreases.

Terrible experienced. My son had another haircut from this barber today its one of the few, Told my son to pick a number and ill quickly go to the ladies room and be back soon wasn't expecting it would be that quick i came back and saw my son in tears and nearly bald, i asked why he was crying? Son was sobbing and looked at me, mum my haircut is terrible and i don't like it at all, i looked at the hairdresser and she told me i just followed what your son said,3 on top 2 on the sides for me it looked 1 all the way, so i said that's not what we wanted, lady apologized and all i could think was its too late its gone already, an honest misunderstanding, Lady from the other side started talking saying its just hair it will grow again and talking about me and my son needs to be educated about haircut and so and so, My son were still sobbing and I'm still shocked of what just happened and this other hairdresser lecturing us and need to be educated about haircut, instead of comforting the costumer and show some compassion about the situation , paid the service and left 3 steps away lady started laughing. SO UNPROFFESSIONAL!!!! it could have been handled differently, the first mistake they did to my son's hair was a completely messed up haircut done by junior/Apprentice and that time we did not mind it as another senior fixed it for him the next visit but today was completely unacceptable, yes of course my son's hair will definitely grow but the way the hairdresser treated us was not right and will definitely not coming back again... THUMBS down

I had the fortune of being serviced by Jodie who performed a very clean and professional razor cut on my bushy beard . Jodie executed precision and professional candor whilst exchanging in traditional banter, which is sadly fading in the modern day. The expense although a little unexpected was not within the power of the staff and more to do with the overheads of running a business in a commercial place. I would gladly return to Get Buzzed.
