Movement Theory

My body was in a very bad way leading into the final series for football. Went and saw Rod at Movement Theory leading up to September and during. Was the best my body has felt in a long time and was able to perform at very high standard and get the results I was after. Couldn’t speak highly enough of this place, even better bloke also. You will not regret your experience!

So glad I found this place. Shauni is amazing. Professional, engaging and lots of fun. If you want to move better, move yourself over to, Movement Theory. You'll be glad you did.Also, they make an awesome cup of coffee, just an added little bonus.

I can’t speak highly enough of this physiotherapy practice. Every time I come here I feel like I am with family and friends. Always warmly greeted by Christina (Office Manager). Such caring person, beautiful inside and out. Next I see Rod (head Physio/Owner). I have never known anyone so passionate about helping people overcome physical hurdles. His dedication is second to none. A brilliant physiotherapist. His practice has done so well that he has been able to hire two more Physiotherapists (Francis and Shauni) and also Customer Service Liaison Officer (Jade). All of them absolutely lovely people. Choosing this physiotherapy practice would be the best decision you’ve made today.

Knowing Rod for about 4 years, I can say he is such a great physiotherapist! Movement Theory is an amazing clinic full of competent professionals and a variety of recovery services (Normatech Boots, Sauna).

Professional, welcoming atmosphere, with a team that’s really knows their stuff!No pushing for unnecessary treatments.I would Highly recommend to anyone who needs some adjusting, rehab or just a quick relax with all the recovery equipment on offerI will be back for sure.

By far the best Physio place I have ever been too! Rod is absolutely amazing, knows his stuff and always a great chat. Girls on desk are always so lovely. I refer all my friends and family here and they have all said the same about this place. Thank you movement theory and Rod for all the help and relief you give me, cannot thank you enough!

Fantastic practice. Rod the physio was great (very knowledgeable)! They have helped my recovery by using the normative boots and sauna. The staff were super friendly!Highly recommended. Looking forward to my ongoing treatment

Rodrigo is amazing! In 2 sessions I’m already feeling such difference in my lower back! The staff are so warm and welcoming! Being able to use infrared sauna right after my appointment was amazing too! Excited to try the reformer Pilates next
