Halls Tyre Service

I have been purchasing tyres for my truck, cars and equipment from Halls Tyres for 10 years under the previous owner. Since changing ownership, there has been a change of attitude. Recently requiring some tyres I called and was greeted with rude abrupt attitudes and I won't support businesses that don't treat their customers with courtesy and respect. I will take my business elsewhere.

Unable to wheel align my vehicle due to minuscule movement in a ball joint and bearing. Even after requesting the work to be done , and being fully aware of the very small issue.Recently have replaced tie rods and lifted the vehicle, the camber being visibly out! Therefore wanting the adjustment as it will definitely improve the drive! Never asked for a perfect job as I was aware small repairs are due, small repairs which in no way inhibit the ability to align the vehicle still.Took the vehicle elsewhere, not a problem . The camber was 3.5degree out on both sides, one negative and positive. Brought back to specs easily. The toe was 5mm approx on both sides!The vehicle drives beautifully now and there is absolutely no reason the front end specialist today gave to stop him doing it.Totally safe and legal.Bottom line is poor assessment and lack of customer care.Highly Recommend taking your vehicle to be aligned elsewhere.

Halls tyre service is amazing!! The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Called multiple places before here to see if our Mercedes sprinter could have it’s breaks checked and was told by all other places that they were booked out for 3 weeks. I called Halls and they fit us in straight away, kept me in the loop with the progress of the vehicle and they did an amazing job. I will tell anyone who listens to go here.

These guys are some of the best crowd you will ever run into. Nothing is too much trouble and they can always squeeze you in. Prices are the best around and for fixing flats etc. there can be no better deals than what they provide.Will always recommend them to all of my friends and family.

This place is great. They really adapted to my worktimes and made it really easy fitting me in and changing times if necessary. Very kind and down to earth service from John. Also, he was able to tell me what air pressure i actually need in my (very heavy) camper van, even other tyre would shops would just tell me the recommended pressure" but that wasnt helpful due to weight"
