A big thank you to these guys,I was stuck on the side of the road last night waiting for a tilt tray for 4 hour. North lakes towing came past and asked if I was right, I told him what was happening and told me they could have a truck here in 10 minutes. I rang them and within 10 minutes they arrived. I highly recommend these guys.

Very professional, great service and follow-up. Needed to pickup a huge tank which was a big task, every other towing would not want to do it. But metro city towing did it. The driver was very calm though he knew he picked up a great challenge and difficult task but he made it without any frustration with calm. Will always recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks guys you made it possible an impossible task.

Drivers are rubbish & don't follow road rules. I wouldn't trust them to tow a used shopping trolley, if i ever need a tow, i will NOT be using them.

I would rate this business higher than 5 stars if I could. Our BMW randomly broke down and the road side assist company sent these guys to tow us. I believe the drivers name was Patrick and he was an absolute legend. We had some difficulty getting it onto the tilt tray as we couldn’t disengage the transmission out of park. Patrick was super patient, respectful and caring about the best outcome for our vehicle and I never felt that anything was too much hassle. He took the time to chat to our mechanic, the BMW service team and his colleagues to find the best way of getting our car on the truck without any damage and in the end it couldn’t have been better. Patrick, if you get a chance to read this, thanks again from both of us. You are an absolute asset to your employer and a great guy all round.

Cannot rate these guys highly enough. My car's clutch dropped out in the middle of the turning lane of a busy city intersection. Patrick turned up to help super fast and was so professional and, most importantly to me at the time, he was calm and patient amongst the chaos. He was caring and was a genuinely decent human being.
