I’ve been coming here for years and I honestly can’t fault them, I drive 45 minutes each way and it’s worth it everytime, the ladies are lovely, and the quality of the service is impeccable every time.Can not recommend enough.

Terrible management and rude response to customer complaint. I got my nails done on the 23rd of December and noticed on the 24th that multiple nails were cracked. They appeared shattered rather than the regular cracks you expect from sns (ie NOT a crack you get when you hit your nail against a wall for example). Given it was Christmas, I couldn’t call the salon until the 26th. Of course given the 26th was Boxing Day, I was unable to get through. I finally spoke to someone at the salon on the 27th, explained what I was seeing and she said to come in to fix them. Due to how busy the salon was, I was only able to get an appointment on the 29th.On the 29th, I was first told nothing was wrong with my nails and it was ‘normal’ for sns to look like that (shattered a day after!)!!! I was also told I should have contacted the salon earlier or sent a msg on Instagram or Facebook?! I normally don’t complain so it was not a knee jerk reaction for me to get onto social media!I was told that if I wanted a new set I would be charged for it even though it wasn’t my fault.They agreed to buff off the top coat and fix it that way free of charge.However….then it was too thick as they had too many layers of sns powder on my nails. I was gas lighted and told that it wasn’t too thick and it looked fine. When I demanded they remove it and just give me a refund I was told that that wasn’t fair given all the time they had spent on me!!!! I was told I’d be charged and that I would need to make another appointment??!!!! I had already paid for the original sns that looked terrible by the next day, AND I had booked an appointment but was treated like I had just walked in off the street???Management was unbelievably rude. When I tried to explain that my family and I are good customers (my whole family goes to that salon as we have had very good experiences in the past….I even drove 40 mins to get there), I was told that it wasn’t their fault that I live far away and that they have lots more clients other than me and my family.The two star review is ONLY because the technician that eventually came over, talked to me calmly and fixed my nails was really sweet. The rest of the staff were rude and treated me like I was crazy. They did fix my nails but I’m never going back and don’t recommend this place to anyone else after the rudeness, condescending tones, and gas lighting I experienced today.

I got my nails done at Soho Nails in late September (a day before my wedding). I normally don’t get my nails done (nor do anything with them in general), so I was a little overwhelmed with all the nail terms and unsure of exactly what to get. However, the owner was really helpful. She asked me about my dress, and then gave me tips on what was trending for brides. She said to keep it “neutral and simple” and guided me to get SNS nails with extensions. I am glad I went with her advice! The nail technician did a great job and I was happy with the end result. My nails were quite gross from years of being in the workshop and I don't know anything about nails except an occasional manicure from my sisters but the girls were really supportive and experienced and I could not be happier with the result.

Used to attend Soho frequently, they're incredibly clean, everyone gets their own personal kit of clippers and tools, always did a great job was never upset etc HOWEVER... I found staff had become incredibly rude over time. In recent weeks after a long time of not having my nails done (had a baby and no reason to have my nails done) we tried to book in for my bridal party to have our nails done the day before my wedding we booked over the phone easy all good. A week later we get a call and told we have to pay a deposit incase we don't show up! Honestly what a crock. Why would you not have asked us for a deposit up front? A week later? Ridiculous! We would have absolutely all shown up the day before my wedding we wouldn't have cancelled as we were all looking forward to a pamper session and me the bride and my bridesmaids needed our nails done. Had we booked ourselves in and not told you it was a bridal party you wouldn't have asked for a deposit. The phone manner was honestly hostile and rude. No matter how brilliant you technicians are and clean your store is your rudeness is what puts me off. I'm really saddened by your lack of customer service.

Have used their service twice for manicure- Shellac. Don’t go there during busy hours, your service would be compromised. I had my appointment on Thursday at 4pm. The lady who was doing my nails, had to rush through and leave me with one of the nail with improper paint. God bless the other staff lady who upon my request, took time to correct the nail paint.

$60!!!! Seriously, they are great nails, but its not a medical procedure. No interaction whatsoever while getting your nails done except listening to the girls chatting loudly in another language. For me, I can't afford this again.

Have never gone wrong with these guys. Every technician does a great job. Their pricing is reasonable. Will always come back here :)
