Jack and his team are amazing they found the issue with my amarok and were very quick to come back and repair the issue.Very thankful for all the help and getting me back on the road quickly.. Would definitely be using these guys again!!! Great service and very honest and polite workers!!!

TL;DR SAVE YOUR TIME AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.I booked Jack in to refill my motorbike fork oil and to replace the handlebar as well. The first time (Monday) an employee of his company (my wife was home and she doesn't know the person's name) said he needed an extra hand because he couldn't compress the forks far enough so he would come tomorrow in the arvo. Tomorrow comes and I gave him ample time because he wasn't specific, I texted Jack at 3pm asking when they would be coming he said no we're not he needed to order a tool to finish the job. He says that probably Friday he can come when the part comes. I told him I was not aware of this and he says 'didn't my young fella say it did that not happen?' implying it wasn't him that came. Friday comes and mind you there is no text or call from Jack updating me anything, I call and he says 'yeah most likely this arvo or Monday.' Now I am getting frustrated because I have a bike sitting on my driveway that I can't move and time is wasting away. Monday comes and still no update from Jack, I call and he says yes I am coming today at around 2pm. 3:30pm comes and no sign of Jack, I call and he doesnt answer. 20 minutes later he calls back and he says he's currently doing a job and most likely will need another 45 mins. 1 hour later and he finally calls letting me know 'look I don't know when I can make it, it might be late so we may need to postpone till tomorrow.' I tell him that no I rather not postpone and let know when you can make it. Four hours later since his last phone he texts saying his finished his job and asking what I would like to do, even though I asked him to come after he's done. The worst experience I ever had, the communication was extremely poor, seemed unconcerned that he never showed up and never updated me and never apologised just said don't mean to disappoint". I do not recommend this company and it looks like there has been others that copped the same treatment. Keep rolling? More like everyone should keep scrolling and find someone else."

Convenience is so good using Jack and his team. They came out and did 3 cars which was a saving in time for my Mrs and I. The service fee is well priced. And they know their stuff. Finally found a great team of mechanics.

Great company to deal with. First time using a mobile mechanic as I have always just used the garage down the road. So glad I tried these guys out having them come to you is so convenient. Will definitely use their services again. Highly recommended!

I am a repeat customer and have always been pretty happy with the service and pricing offered by keep rolling mechanics, if they actually show up. This week I had an appointment for a car service, stayed home all day waiting for them only to have them not show up at all. No phone call to explain or reschedule. I rang them, no answer. Left a message, no one has returned my call. Sent text messages, nothing. Needless to say I won’t be calling them again.

Last night i had flatty jack was professional and on tine and gave me boost. Highly recommend because he kept me rolling. Ill never use anyone else m!!

Brett was amazing. Arrived earlier then mentioned and was quick at replacing the starter motor of our car. A lovely guy and really knew his stuff. Very grateful to have found this service!
