Can't speak more highly of the team at Paradigm Homes, their professional service and high quality construction made the whole build process very easy. They were always repsonsive to our enquiries and kept us updated with each stage. I would definitely recommend!

As the reviewer above we are neighbours of a Paradigm Homes building site. They drive on your grass, They demand cars moved at 6.30am they are rude and every contractor has blasted loud music right into our house and I work from home. I have emailed, called the office politely, no answer since April this year. Music was so loud the other day the police were involved and they don’t even answer their request to speak to me about their contractors. Pathetic, unprofessional and rude. I would never engage these builders. Zero communication, zero care for people. Just rude. COVID has changed workplace structure and this company are arrogant and horrible.

My girlfriend & I have been through so many display homes over the last 4 months, but at last found we the perfect builder! The team at Paradigm Homes couldn't make it any easier as we know exactly what we're getting with no surprises. So many other builders said they were full turn key, but didn't include items like blinds, screens, turf to the back etc.. items we were going to have to go without or find more money for.... We nearly gave up as it seemed all too hard until we met Luke & Adam who made it so easy. They walked us through the process and nothing was too hard for them. Everything is included, with no stone unturned! Want great service from people that know what they're talking about with awesome homes... Then Paradigm is definitely a builder you can't afford not to talk to! Thank you for help and guidance so far!

Our experience with Paradigm has been 10/10.We were really uncertain about building a new home after hearing horror stories from friends about their own experiences but we're so glad we found Paradigm. From the first online inquiry, through to handover, the team at Paradigm—Luke, Adam, Deb and Troy—went above and beyond. Luke and Adam helped us navigate our land purchase (what fun that was for a couple of first-timers!), they were patient with our constant back and forward through the selections process understanding we wanted our first home to be perfect and even suggested small tweaks such as changing windows and flipping the floor-plan to take advantage of the aspect of our block. No question was too hard, strange or annoying for Deb—she was always patient and across everything in a polite and timely manner—and Troy was always flexible with our site-meetings and made sure any questions were answered (he also helped facilitate a last minute laundry switch in record speed!).We're so happy with our new home and we're glad we can fondly look back at our build experience. Never again. For a supposed QLD specialist, the design of our build, facing north with non-opening floor to ceiling windows in the first floor family area that rendered the room and most of the upstairs living space uninhabitable in summer months with temperatures reaching 50 degrees and no suggestion of ducted aircon was a huge fail. We had to have an additional unit installed (at our cost) as company was completely disinterested and refused to take any responsibility.
