They are not professional at all. Working rough, charge every second they stay with you, Even they are not working for you, talking on the telephone, go bathroom, washing hands after they moved, lose their way when they driving, they still count on your time, but my sofa moved without covering, and got dirty hand prints after they moved, they trying to move fridge without wrapping in wet weather, until I asked, but when I booking on the phone they said they will wrap everything. Throw the washing machine in the garbage that I asked to keep, 2 men only 1 with a bit experience, the other one no experience at all. Not good for driving also, and I have to pay there parking also. 2.5 hours job they made to 4.25hrs, which is so ridiculous. Anyway never go back this company again.

I can't emphasize enough how good the service is from the guys at Sydney moving. As if the stress of moving isn't enough, to have a company that can take the hard work and stress out is a godsend.Communication was fantastic and they were always there to answer any questions. They were punctual and very friendly. They came highly recommended to me and I too would have no hesitation to recommend and use again.Thanks very much guys.

Steven was great to deal with. He responded to all questions promptly, picked up my item outside of the delivering time (as I was at work on the day the truck was due to leave for Sydney) and the items arrived safely at the destination. I would highly recommend Steven and the team at the Sydney Moving Storage company. Great job and I would definitely use them again.

I’ve moved twice with Sydney Moving, most recently last week - both times the team have been on time, efficient and super careful of my furniture and the walls and hallways of my home. They could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Can not thank these guys enough! They did my move last year July and went above and beyond handling everything from wrapping all my furniture, safely moving it to the new house and then setting everything back up not letting me lift a finger! as a single mum with a young baby at the time they really did make my moving process so much easier! Im now back to moving into my new property in 2 months and have gone with them again because of how amazing my last experience was! ive been with 2 other companies before these guys and nothing can compare to how professional and helpful they are. I was left with no damages or marks on my furniture which was a massive bonus for me!! Bella who is the admin has been a god sent with helping me organising both moves and keeping in close contact with me along the way to ensure a great experience. Thank you so much Sydney Moving!!

They come on time. They are nice, courteous gents. They’re built like tanks. And they take care with your precious cargo. I don’t trust anyone else.

Sydney Moving and Storage was able to accommodate our last minute request the very next morning with an excellent rate for both removal and storage of large furniture. The whole process was efficient, professional and friendly with great communication and customer service.
