We were in the shop on Saturday morning and back again on the afternoon, all of the sales team, Margot, Michael and Simon were great to deal with. They went above and beyond to help us colour match and help with our choices. We rang back on Monday to change a colour of the order and nothing was a problem, really happy with the great aftersales service. Cheers.

I went into the West Gosford store looking for occasional chairs, I was happily met and greeted by Micheal who happened to be the store manager. Micheal was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. If you’re looking for furniture for your home I can highly recommend Micheal and Nick Scali at West Gosford.

Cathy (store manager) & Micheal at the West Gosford store are so helpful and friendly. I was about to give up after looking extensively for a lounge around Sydney and on the internet until I decided to look again closer to home to one store I’d dismissed, Nick Scali, assuming initially as I’m from UK that they may be too modern but I was so wrong as their range is so varied. Cathy picked up quickly on my taste and got in touch with me when something came in that she thought may interest me and the lounge she suggested was perfect and only arrived at my home last week. The quality & price topped all the other lounge stores I have looked at over a year and Cathy and Micheal’s commitment in finding a perfect match to the lounge we have just bought continues as an email I was sent today about one particular lounge was so detailed, which again proves their customer care is exceptional. Both of these special people are a credit to Nick Scali.

Positive no pressure environment, excellent informative service by Michael who took the time to show us different options and colours while letting us come to a decision. Also thanks to Clarissa who previously was very nice and helpful on a busy day. Looking forward to our new lounge arriving, hope it lasts as good as our current nick scali lounge!

Enjoyed our visit to the store and purchased a lounge & dining for our holiday house. Excellent service, and even though we had to wait 10 weeks for the custom order lounge, the delivery team were excellent and we absolutely love our new furniture. Thanks to all at Nick Scali.

Went to Nick Scali West Gosford to purchase a lounge and was warmly greeted by Margot!She went above and beyond to show me the features and different colours and materials to choose from!I settled on the lounge and couldn't be happier from the help I received from Margot. As per all the other reviews, Michael was fantastic. Our delivery drivers Chris and Jason were also so helpful and very friendly. Only 4/5 stars because we had to re-order the 'Dream' sofa when it didn't fit through our doorway the first time.

Best mass produced sofas on the market. Often have bug sales so make sure to take advantage of that.

Disappointed in time frame of delivery. Paid in full over 3 months ago, initially given 10 to 12 weeks estimated at time of purchase. not good communication and now told late December. At the time of purchase (08/08/2020) the shop assistant was great. WE then made enquiry at the 12 week mark, to be told it would be another 4 weeks, at the 16 week mark WE made contact again, to be told another 4 weeks. Now, today We've rung again to be told our $3000 plus lounge can be expected late December. VERY DISAPPOINTED at the lack of communication! I am certain that we will not see our delivery until the new year, if only we were told this from the start. I had to push at least one star to post this, otherwise no star at all!

Really happy we went here, were super impressed by how knowledgeable, friendly and helpful Michael was to deal with when looking for our lounge. Really made finding the right pick so seamless, was sure to give us every option for what we were after but honest and not pushy at all which is always great.
