We had a new external brass tape installed, by Jake and his young apprentice. They were on time, arriving at 7am sharp. They were easy to talk to, whilst discussing our requirements for the job.The quality of the workmanship was exceptional. Especially running the copper piping seamlessly around corners, on an external brick wall, to the designated position.I would have no hesitation in recommending Jake to anyone who may require a plumber, for he is as professional, as they come.Thank you Jake, for a job well done.John K

Jake and his team did a wonderful job in installing the vanities, toilets and bathtub, and doing all the plumbing as part of our recent bathroom renovation for three bathroom zones. He was efficient, friendly and professional, making the whole bathroom renovation a pleasant experience.

Jake arrived on time and sorted out the problem promptly with a minimum of fuss. He didn’t charge for the time spent on purchasing replacement tap ware and he left the bathroom spotless when finished. I would highly recommend this business for your plumbing needs.

Jake did the plumbing for our bathroom renovations and more recently an outdoor water leak due to a tree root problem. He is very easy to deal with, communicates clearly and is punctual and responsive (fitting in our leak repair the next day before a public holiday). We were very happy with the work Jake did on our bathrooms and the repair work he did. We unreservedly recommend Jake for your plumbing requirements.

We cannot recommend Jake's services highly enough. We are renovating our kitchen and Jake's work on connecting the gas, plumbing and installation of our sink, gas cooktop and dishwasher was superb. Jake has an excellent eye for detail, is neat, friendly and prompt. Jake is very easy to deal with and his workmanship is of very high quality. We would happily use Jake's services again.
