Outstanding customer service. It really is personalised and to the nth degree.I bought the scooter to keep up with the kids. I can honestly say it does this and more. The power of the dual motor is amazing. Takes me up inclines i didnt think would be possible. Build quality is exceptional.The only downside is the whole family prefers the Vippa to their ninebots.Certainly no regrets with my purchase.

I just received my Phantom thanks to the great deal I received on this Black Sale from VIPPA. Really remarkable value. I got everything I needed to get up and running right away. The Apple AirTag was a nice touch. The power of this scooter is mind blowing. For under $3,000 it’s the best thing going around at the moment. Thanks VIPPA. I’m loving it.

VIPPA have some of the best value for money and quality units around. Having owning a few scooters of my own, and managing an E-scooter workshop for nearly a year, it’s easy to see common flaws in models of all brands and common issues after some time of riding. All VIPPA models stand up to the test of time, and the new REAPA dominates pretty much everything in the 60v range that I’ve ridden and worked on, using some of the best sine wave controllers around with motors that deliver plenty of torque. The software, display, and controls are just second to none, and with hydraulic brakes, there’s nothing this model doesn’t have that premium models you pay twice the price for to also have. Operation is super quiet but no corner-cutting on response. The best thing of all is that Lynton is just a smashing bloke to work and deal with. He has plenty of knowledge and customer service, he will make sure you’re happy and go the extra mile to make sure you are more than anybody or any other manufacturer around, and deliver such a great product in general. 10 stars for me but can only give 5 for the review. Purchased the VIPPA Ghost Dual motor and I must say this scooter is really impressive in looks and rides very comfortably. I'm abit heavy too being 127kg and this scooter hauls me with no problems. It's very quiet, light, great over bumps and up hills, the electronic brakes work very good.I've had a few people stop me already to ask what it is and ask questions about it, even let a couple of people have a ride of it so hopefully you guys get some more sales from up this way soon.
