Many thanks Dan for your very quick service. I only phoned up this morning and you were here within 3 hours - and its just before Christmas. Great service. Fixed my issue within 30mins and I'm back watching TV once again !!!

Wall Mounting of additional Smart TV with hidden cables.This was the 2nd time we had used Dan from TV Magic to mount our TVs .As previously, Dan arrived at the appointed time & the job was carried out efficiently to our complete satisfaction. Was unable to sort out my home theatre amp and zones. Friends had even had a go at it. Failed! Had Dan come over (Very punctual) Got his head around my setup really fast. We recently located to Surfers and had a myriad of speakers, new TV and some older equipment to get up and running! Joe worked through the maze, including sorting out issues with Foxtel. Joe takes the time to explain things which we appreciated. Would recommend.

I just moved to Broadbeach from NSW and had no idea who could sort out the home cinema I inherited with the new house, after reading through the great reviews on TV Magic I thought it's worth a call. Joe arrived on time and and supplied the missing bits of equipment and now the family is loving the big screen at home!!

DO NOT USE this franchiseAbsolutely regret my decision to callThe installer who identified himself as a franchisee was booked to install an 85 inch tv arrived by himself tried to get my wife who has a broken arm to assistThen proceed to Complain that he had to run an antenna lead which he was told. Then when I spoke to him on the phone he wanted more money which wasn’t a problem even though he had already quoted. I advised him to do what ever he felt necessary for the works to be done and we would pay any difference if he felt he had miss quotedMy wife was then told he didn’t like our attitude and left everything on the ground and walked out!!!So we were left with an 85inch tv on the floor and no further explanationThe guy arrived with attitude as it was apparent he didn’t want to do the job and was nothing but argumentative and it was just all to hard for him which is odd as this is what his website says he does for a livingLet’s just hope that this message gets to as many customers as possible to prevent others having the same experience with this companyThere are plenty of other company’s out there as I’ve now found who are professional installersThe company has no office to raise any issues with it’s all guys with their mobiles so don’t waste your time
