Sound Building inspections are extremely thorough. Craig our technician was prompt, professional and personable. He explained his findings in layman’s terms so that I could understand and showed the areas of concern immediately while on-site. He used thermal imaging not just taping to find any existence of termites or water damage. He took lots of photos and explained everything clearly. After paying the invoice they were quick to send through the report even at all hours of the evening. Definitely recommend and will be using again for yearly checkups.

I used Sound Building Inspections for my building and pest inspection when buying an old Queenslander (i.e. a house made entirely of wood), and for subsequent termite barrier and inspection.Craig is awesome! Knowledgeable and patient and happy to talk through any problems he finds and their potential solutions.
